I got showed this by a friend yesterday and i'm not going to lie i'm o b s s e s s e d.

there's an app called sandbox and you draw on it.

there's basically numbers and colours that match up and you draw then at the end it puts it in a time lapse which is really nice to look at.

it's time consuming if you're bored & you don't need wifi for it.

it really helps me when I'm feeling sad, bored, nervous or angry so I'd recommend you gave it a go :)
