What She Lacked {Naruto X OC}

The mission is tomorrow, and I can't wait.

I honestly think there is some kind of anxiety filling me up. I'm leaving tomorrow!! It's like becoming officially a ninja! A step forwards!

So I decided to pass my last hours again training. Was I maybe training too much? As long as I didn't overwork myself, I guess it's fine.

The sky couldn't be bluer and the grass greener. Today I have decided, I won't leave until my Atsuigan is perfect!

I headed towards a fallen branch of a tree, and kneeled in front of it.

I closed my eyes and relaxed the more I could. The chakra concentrated on my right hand was swirling fast, and a smile crept on my face. Just one more successful attempt at the Atsuigan!

When I peeked a look at my hand, the sphere seemed stable and pretty strong. So I decided to put my other hand on it and make it even firmer.

It looked so easy this time, as if all the other attempts failed for no reason... Weird...

The air my sphere revolved around started becoming wind, and the Atsuigan had increased significantly in size. I stood up, this was probably the biggest one yet, woah...

I smirked as I slammed my fist into the fallen branch and felt something electrical flow around me. My arm was stuck to the wood again, and my fingers could actually feel hot soil.

Wow, I went through the whole branch... That's new. It was so massive and firm, it'd take a bizarre amount of power to go through that.

I shut my eyes closed reflexively and felt some tingling sensation on my skin. Something hot, that rushed around my arm very quickly.

That was when I looked at the branch, it was toast. The reddish brown wood was now no different from coal. It was all black, with some lightning-like drawings on its surface.

My eyes widened at the view, did I do that...?!

I retrieved my arm and looked at it, the skin that wasn't concealed in bandages was smudged with black. I wiped some of it off with my other hand vaguely and kneeled again before the branch.

There was a huge mark of destruction. At that moment, I knew that it would be a pain to clean all of that up, but I just smiled.

I did it! One step closer to my goal! I had no idea of the potential of this jutsu!

My arm was still aching from the impact of it on the hard wood when I finished to clean it up. My palm was red and rough and it was surely time to give the Atsuigan a little break before attempting at it again.

I ran back home.

"Naruto-kun! Naruto-kun!" I sprawled inside as I called him desperately. "You have no idea of what I was able to do today!"

He was soon before me, looking more excited than I did.

"Woah, you're back already?! What did you do?!" He huffed at me ready for story-time.

I explained what happened in the sharpest details. Showing him evidence on my hands and palms, that were already clean, but still marked. He stared back in disbelief.

"That's so cool! I knew you were able to do it, 'ttebayo!" He threw a fist to the air and smiled brightly. "And I bet this is just a small part of your power!"

I smiled back with the same amount of happiness. My cheeks heated at his words, he always spent his time telling me I could do it... He was right since the beginning...

"T-Thanks! Maybe you could even teach me a jutsu of yours? I bet I can master it!" I said, joking in the end. It was when he started giggling like an idiot.

"Maybe I can teach you my Sexy Jutsu~" I sweatdropped in embarrassment and smacked him on the head.

"N-Not that, Naruto-kun!"

Sorry this was short, I think I'll update tomorrow! I'm doing some research for the next few events and I wish it's gonna turn out how I want :P

Also, I've been vaguely re-reading some stuff and it's so cringy lmao😂 Why didn't you guys tell me I was such a bad writer lol

But don't worry, I'll take a day off to edit everything up.
