Look at me

Shy and timid

I know I'm not enough

It's because I have these limits

I've got training wheels

And you've got pedals

How could you wait for me

When you're on a different level

You should find someone

Someone who could be your world

Go find yourself a woman

Cuz we both know that I'm just a girl

You should leave while you can

But don't worry I'm tough

Go be someone else's man

We already know I'm not enough

You know it's not your fault

That I'm always two steps behind

But if you leave me later

It'll be harder to climb

We'll just stumble on rocks

So if you wanna leave

Well you better say goodbye now

Before I'm that stain on your sleeve

Like a red wine stain you can't get out

Even when we are told that we are all beautiful in our own ways, sometimes we can't help feeling that we aren't, especially when you've heard the world tell you otherwise.

To be honest, sometimes it only takes one or two people to change the way you look at yourself but that's when you need to realize you shouldn't let other people's opinions about you put you down, only accept the ones that build you up (but know the difference between constructive criticism and put downs, k), don't trust the wicked, they might be hurting too and they'll tell you that you're not good enough, but they are wrong... they will need help to straighten themselves out, just like we do sometimes but trust me, you can't really help anyone if you let yourself believe that your nothing special, you are... so don't forget that... But lol now that you know, don't get all conceited on me 😉😸✌

( btw, I know sometimes my poems or lyrics or whatever might conflict with the notes underneath, like with ^ that one up there, but that's because I'm human, and I make mistakes, and when I look at that part of myself or when I look at my weaknesses sometimes I'll forget about my strengths and I'll wind up forgetting for a while just how special I am as one of God's creations🙈)
