You went into Mcdonalds because it was Tylers request and you noticed that he had ketchup on the side of his lips as you reached out for it with your bare thumb and put the sauce directly into your mouth as he stood there shock because of your action while you just giggled.
The day ended with him asking for your number and him leaving you what you wanted for the rest of the day.
