Something was telling me that I needed to do some training myself. I had learned in the past to always my instincts, so I went with it and started stretching. I started off with my arms stretching them up towards the sky for thirty seconds. Then each arm across my chest for thirty seconds each. Then placed my arms behind my head with the elbow pointed up toward the sky, thirty seconds each. I sat on the ground and done about five different leg stretches, thirty seconds each. Next, I stood up and shook my arms. I picked a song from memory. I decided to go with country music this time around. 5-1-5-0 by Dierks Bentley started playing in my head. As the beat to the song started playing my body started to move on its own. This time each of the elements flowed around me all at once. Each element had its own path that it chose to flow. Little rocks were flowing with the other three elements, but the dirt and grass were bouncing with each beat my feet were stomping my mind and body were in a world of their own as the song changed. I didn't even realize that the others had stopped what they were doing to watch me. I kept going for another song. As the last song ended, I done a quick spin to release each element. As my body relaxed I done my stretches then same ones that I had begun with. Once I was done, I looked up to see everyone looking at me.

"That was beautiful, Tami!" Audrey said with excitement.

"You are defiantly on a whole different level than I thought you be at." Scott said in shock.

"Thanks, I guess." I wasn't used to the way that I was being treated. "Practice is all that it takes. My body is using muscle memory when I do my training. It's the only way I know of to get this body in the shape I need to be in." I shrugged my shoulders.

"My Lady, I hate to interrupt you, but there are two things that are very important that you need to know now. Before something bad happens." Ragoth said in a reserved voice. I turned to look at her. "One I believe that Lady Kimberly needs to leave now."

I turn around to look at Kimberly. She was struggling to keep her composure. "Ah! Shoot! My bad Kimberly." I said aggravated at myself.

Kimberly smiled at me. "It's okay. I wasn't prepared to guard myself before you had started training. Last night I was aware that you needed to train, so I guarded myself so I wouldn't be effected. Ragoth is right I need to leave and fast."

'Crap!' was all that I could think of.

"I know of a place that is far enough away for you to be able to explode. Like you need too." Ragoth said trying to help. We both looked at her. I was shocked that she was offering to help Kimberly. "I refuse to allow you to be hurt by someone like Lady Kimberly if I can prevent it. Where I have in mind is ten miles away from here and you, My Lady, will not be effected." Ragoth said with a little bit of force behind her voice. I knew then what she was trying to do and I knew that our bond had grown stronger. She was also not kidding about her preventing anything from hurting me.

I smiled and before I could say anything Kimberly asked. "Which direction and what am I looking for?"

"The path that is behind me will lead you to a clearing. Just keep going north. Don't stay long or you will get wet." I looked at her questioningly. "Rain will be here, right before the stars come out." Ragoth said answering my unasked question again.

"Thank you Ragoth." Kimberly said as she got on to her black stallion. As soon as she got on her horse, its eyes turned bright red. Its hooves sprouted the dark almost black like fire. Its nostrils flared and out came smoke as it got ready to bolt. I automatically put up a mental shield around myself. It was a Hell Horse! That had made so much sense now why she had a horse when we hadn't come across any other horses. Kimberly tap her horse with her foot and they were off.
