Chapter 4 redone

   Everyone was shocked quite for a moment before... "Holy crap! It's huge." Scott's voice was the loudest out of the guys.

"Wow! She is beautiful." Audrey said. I could hear amazement in her voice.

"What did you expect Scott?" I asked him giggling. "Audrey, how did you realize she was female?"

"Her head is curvy like a girl." She smiled at me.

I shook my head at her. For a seven-year-old, she is showing she is bright for her age. She might be bonded to a dragon I'm not sure yet. "You are keeping me on my toes. I'm not sure what you are going to say next."

"Meh," was all she said.

I couldn't help but laugh at her.

"Sis I wasn't expecting dragons to be this big." My brother explained once he could talk through his shock.

"Her name is Ragoth. She is the first dragon that has come to greet me. She also helped me out a little bit ago. Letting me ride her back and see the layout of the land." I smiled as I walked over to greet her in my own way. This time I patted her neck as a thank you for coming. Ragoth's breath floated around me and I understood her your welcome message. "Do you believe me now Billy? You have been the only one who has had a hard time believing anything that is happing here."

"I don't know what to say, Tami. For something I thought you were joking about four years ago, it's bringing everything into light that didn't really make any sense to me then but kinda does now." He stood there in shock still not wanting to believe what was in front of him. It was going to take him a little while to really understand what was going on and to come to terms with everything.

"Can I? Can I?" Audrey asked.

I knew automatically what she wanted. "You can come over here, Audrey. Ragoth won't hurt you." She started walking over to where we were. "Ragoth would you mind laying down for her?"

"I do not mind at all My Lady."

"Thank you, Ragoth." Ragoth laid her head down on the ground next to me. Audrey walked right up to her and started to rub her on the nose.

"Just how big do dragons get?" Mark asked. I was still in shock you could hear it in his voice but he did have it more under control. "Ragoth is bigger than I thought she would be."

"Dragons come in all different sizes. Ragoth here is an adult dragon. I believe in a few years she will be full grown. Am I right, Ragoth?"

"Yes, you are correct My Lady."

"So that means there is a dragon that is the perfect size for me to be able to ride?" Audrey said with excitement in her voice. She looked up at me, all the while she was rubbing Ragoth's nose.

Ragoth was enjoying herself. I could feel her purring like a cat but there was no sound. "Okay, that's weird. I shouldn't really be feeling anything from her. Maybe I made a connection not even thinking about it. If I did that ain't good. I hope I didn't."

I smiled at Audrey. "Yeah there might be, but I think may go into overprotective mode." I was laughing and I pointed at Billy. He had a look on his face like he wanted to pull Audrey away from Ragoth, but at the same time, he wasn't sure if he would be able to run away fast enough. Audrey giggled.

"You know Billy, I ain't going to let anything happen to Audrey. You keep looking like that you are going to end up hurting yourself." I joked with him. "Plus Ragoth wouldn't even try to hurt any of us. Dragons won't hurt humans, it's one of my rules for them."
