I pried Sadie all night. I got so little information about the guy she liked. It looks like I wasn't the only shy one when it comes to boys.

I have no idea why she was so shy to talk about it. She was a gorgeous girl, that could get any guy that she wanted, with a small amount of effort. Me on the other hand, was a big, fat no!

I had been going through weight loss for the past year. I used to not be the skinniest girl at my school. I was very self-conscious about my body. More than most girls are. At one point, I tried starving myself... I realized that I couldn't do that before my parents found out. I focused more on pro cheer and started losing more weight.

Still though, I am still self-conscious about my body. All that the weight loss did was give me a flatter stomach, smaller thighs, and a smaller waist. But that didn't drastically change.

I still look at myself in the mirror and see what needs perfecting.

I was the first to fall asleep. At one point I kinda woke up, hearing voices. I assumed they were Millie and Sadie's voice. I didn't move, but I started to listen in on there conversation.

"Hey Noah. Why are you calling this late?" Sadie asked in a agitated voice.

It sounded like she just woke up herself.

"It's 2 in the morning." Millie informed Noah.

"Sorry, I though y'all would be night owls and stay up all night!" Noah said laughing at the end.

"Not Carley, she was out by 11:30!" Millie said.

   "How's she doing?" Noah asked.

Why was he asking about me?

"Why are you asking about her?" Sadie said, reading my thoughts, but with more of a mocking tone.

"I was just wondering..." Noah began to say, but trailed off.

Carley, get up and say something!

But it's comfy in this position!

I was having a mental battle, whether or not I should get up and join the conversation.

I finally, slowly sat up. Acting like I just woke up.

"Sorry, did we wake you?" Sadie asked.

"Speak of the devil..." Millie whispered, not meaning for me to hear her.

I was sleeping at the edge of the bed facing toward the bean bag chair and other chair, where Millie and Sadie sat. Sadie in the chair held the phone with Noah on it and Millie sitting in the beanbag chair.

"No, your fine-" a small smile took over my face, "I should be apologizing for falling asleep on y'all." I said crawling toward where the sat.

"It's fine, you were tired." Millie said sitting up.

"Hi Carley." Noah whispered through the phone.

I felt my cheeks heat up as Millie and Sadie started wiggling their eyebrows. I just simply rolled my eyes.

"You, Sadie, don't have much room to talk." I said making Sadie blush deeply.

   "What?" Noah asked.

"Nothing! Inside joke!" Sadie whisper yelled.

Millie and I laughed as quietly as we could, but it was kinda funny seeing Sadie get flustered. That resulted in both Millie and I getting a death glare. Oh, if looks could kill.
