Chapter XIII - Land of the Dead

The ghosts have come together, and as their tears and anguish created an entity of their own, their bond grew stronger and stronger. They either desired revenge on their death, peace or to cause others pain for self-pleasure.

These ghosts, even after achieving their revenge or desired goal on Eterna, believe the need to remain where they are as something crucial. They all have a common cause, after all. They've all been killed, either by something or someone or that they were getting old and it was the time they leave Eterna.

The ghosts coincidentally all met and after a few disagreements and agreements later, they all decided to create an entity of themselves, with the help of Lucas, the god of magic, crossroads, and ghosts, Grace, the goddess of wisdom, luck, and positivity, and Helen, the goddess of pain, misery, and negativity.

They named their entity The Brisk Souls, meaning their bodies maybe be burnt into ashes or left to rot until there is no flesh, but their souls will never wither, as they are meant to remain until their goal on Eterna is accomplished, otherwise, they'll remain for eternity.

The Brisk Souls started off as just a few lost souls who were looking for a purpose to remain on Eterna when they summoned Lucas to guide them, to provide them with the permission of creating their own land of anguish and delight. Lucas being the god of the souls they were, gave them a home and made them belong.

Guidance and necessities were highly needed for The Brisk Souls, so Lucas assigned Grace and Helen to help with what they wanted to convey and what they wanted to achieve. Grace would assist the ones with positive wants and needs, well Helen assisted the ones with the opposite wants and needs.

The ones who desired revenge in the entity would even possess certain humans that would be their killers' or anyone that is very closely related to the possessed humans' weakness and would vow to take that humans' soul with them to their land of the dead, letting them be a part of The Brisk Souls for eternity. They would make the human that he possessed do terrible things, and make themselves even more powerful.

These souls are bad souls that should be demolished from Eterna and The Brisk Souls because all they seek is revenge and how to bring others pain. These souls aren't really called souls because once they make up their minds about performing devious acts, they are known as inhuman things, such as demons or evil spirits.

The only way to get rid of them is by religious mantras and/or religious remedies, and the priests or special people who have a grand knowledge of ghosts and demons. Different religions have different beliefs and ways of doing this.
