"We'll be back in a week. Now remember DON'T cause any trouble." Mom told me and my brothers as her and my father were going away on a couples resort. "Alright mom." We replied in sync. Ethan, the older of my twin brothers locked the door and sighed. "Welp, looks like we have the house all to ourselves." I ditched my older twin brothers and bolted up the stairs to my room. They looked at each other with confusion, but quickly brushed it off and headed for the kitchen. "Dude, we can be as loud as we want AND play Call of Duty without being interrupted!" Grayson yelled from downstairs, loud enough for me to hear through my closed door. I searched my closet for the hottest outfit I owned, of course without my mom's knowledge. I tossed it on and admired my appearance in the mirror. I slipped on some cute boots to match and snuck down the stairs. Unfortunately, I wasn't quiet enough because once I made it to the bottom step, the twins saw me. "WOAH WOAH WOAH MISSY! WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?!" Ethan shouted. "AND WHAT TF ARE YOU WEARING?!" Grayson added. "I have a date with a really cute boy and I'm going to be late if you keep bothering me." "UMM NO. I DON'T THINK SO. YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO BE SMOOCHING WITH SOME BOY." They continued to rant about how I shouldn't be talking to boys or even thinking about them. I just rolled my eyes, pretending to be listening to what they were saying. "If it's such a problem then why did you have your first kiss, ETHAN IN THE 5TH GRADE? HUH?!" I had enough of their BS and headed for the front door. I reached for the handle when Grayson threw himself between me and the door. "What the hell are you doing Grayson?" "What the hell are YOU doing y/n? You are 14 years old and you are acting like a 17 year old." "YOU GUYS ARE SO UNFAIR!" I yelled and ran to my room. I slammed my door shut and changed into a sweatshirt and sweats. I allowed my face to sink into my pillow and texted Paul, my date that I couldn't make it. I lied in bed for a whole hour, scrolling through Instagram when I stumbled across a video edit about my brothers. The caption read, "OML I LOVE THE TWINS SOO MUCH. THEY ALWAYS MAKE MY DAY BETTER 💙💙." I watched the video and it transitioned through some pictures of them throughout the years. It really made me realize that the twins are just looking after me. I was starting to feel bad for the way I treated them. I pulled myself up from my bed and slowly walked down the stairs. I could hear them both talking smack over the headsets they got a few Christmas' back. "Guys" I said walking into the living room. They looked up from the television, but didn't stop playing. "I'm sorry for the way I acted. I guess I just wanted to feel wanted by someone." Ethan ushered me to sit between him and Grayson on the couch. "What do you mean?" He asked. "Well you guys are loved by millions of girls all over the world. I guess I just wanted to know what it was like too." The game ended and they both pulled me into a hug. "Tons of people love you. And just because you don't have a boyfriend doesn't mean no one likes you. You can ask Grayson, he knows all about it." Ethan assured me. "HEYYY I COULD GET A GIRL IF I WANTED TO." Grayson whined. We all began laughing and I joined their game. I wasn't too good at video games, but it was still fun anyways. "Can we not mention any of this to mom and dad when they get back?" I asked.
"Why would I tell them when they come back?" I sighed in relief. "WHEN I CAN TELL THEM RIGHT NOW." Grayson yelled as he pressed the call button on his phone. My heart dropped and I swear I would've beaten him to a pulp if Ethan didn't hold me back. "Hey mom!" Gray said over the phone. "I have something to tell you about y/n...she...just BEAT ETHAN AT CALL OF DUTY." He gave me a big teethy smile and all he got in return was a dirty look from both me and Ethan.

Ok so I have no idea wtf this story is but this is the kind of things petty siblings would do. Trust me. I would know 😂
