The Amber Disaster (COMPLETE)

Chapter Six

When everyone was home Laura and Lacey were looking at dresses online on an I-Pad.

"Ooh, I like that one" Laura pointed to a baby blue dress with a tank top and ruffled skirt.

"You like it" Lacey asked her daughter.

"Yeah" Laura nodded.

"It's pretty but its for you to wear outside not to a rich Dinner."

"Aww" Laura whined.

But Lacey still pressed buy and they kept on looking at dresses.

Lilly walked into the living room but stopped when she saw them.

"Ooh, what about this one" Laura pointed to another dress.

"That ones nice" Lacey nodded.

Lilly continued to walk until she got the movie she was looking for.

"Hey Lilly" Lacey called her daughter like she was a dog then she fixed her glasses.

"What" Lilly looked back at her mother.

"What is this" Lacey stood up and picked up the magazine from the trash.

"Your magazine" Lilly answered, clearing out the word your.

"Why is it in the trash can?"

"Because I don't like it" Lilly smirked.

"Oh gosh" Laura rubbed at her forehead.

"Lilly, this is the family magazine, you cannot just throw it in the garbage especially in our house! What if we had visitor's over?"

"Then you'd have to take it out of the garbage."

"Don't get smart with me" Lacey pointed at her second daughter.

Lilly got up and had the movie in her hand. "Excuse me" she tried to move past her mother.

"Here" Lacey forced the magazine in her daughter's hand.

Lilly took it and threw it back in the trash can and kept on walking.

"Lilly Anastasia Amber!" Lacey yelled.

"Wow" Lilly turned to look at Lacey "I'm surprised you know my name."

"Of course I know your name, I named you."

"But you hate me" Lilly smirked and kept on walking.

The next morning was the same as yesterday morning, except the servants packed everyone lunch, including Lilly.

"Thank you" Lilly smiled as she grabbed her lunch and left.

Lacey straightened her black dress on her and looked at Laura "remember, be at my office at three, no later."

"I will mom" Lilly smiled.

"Good."

Lucas started fixing Baby Luke's black and white tie.

"Oh and, Vanessa has your outfit ready and Fiona knows just the right way to do your hair and make-up" Lacey started trotting around the house.
