After a gloomy Friday, Lilly walked into her house after she came from shopping at the mall without buying anything. And Mary was sitting on the couch playing with Baby Luke.
"Hey" Mary flashed a smile at Lilly.
"Hi" Lilly gave her a quick grin, not wanting to be bothered, she was still mad at what happened yesterday.
"Congratulations on the game yesterday."
"Thanks."
Mary gulped, getting the vibe that Lilly was upset "there's Lasagna on the counter for you."
"Thank you" Lilly smiled and hurried up to the kitchen.
On the marble designed counter was a plate of Lasagna.
Lilly put her book bag on the floor by the round stools and sat on one and started to eat Lasagna.
"So what's keeping you down" Mary asked.
Lilly sighed "yesterday was not my day."
"Why? I thought you won yesterday."
"The game, I won, my attention towards my family, I lost."
Mary gulped and sat on a stool next to Lilly "what happened?"
Lilly explained to Mary about what happened last night including Laura being pregnant and meeting Jamie Revenour.
"Oh my gosh!" Mary covered her mouth. "You should be so happy that you met him."
"On a normal day, I would've but... No."
Mary took Lilly's hand "I'm so sorry about what you have to deal with Lilly."
"It's fine" Lilly nodded. Then she looked up at Mary who looked so sympathetic and sweet. "Sometimes, I wish you were my older sister instead of Laura."
"And sometimes, I wish I had a little sister like you" Mary agreed.
Lilly nodded.
Just then Baby Luke came rubbing his eyes.
"Say, you come help me put Luke to sleep?" Mary suggested as she picked up Baby Luke.
"Yeah sure." Lilly got up and grabbed her book bag as all three of them walked up the stairs.

Laura was walking when she saw Hank at his locker, before he could turn to see her, she ran into the girl's bathroom to throw up.
"You say you don't know, don't tell me a lie. You work on a smile, then you go for a ride. You had a bad day, they camera don't lie."
Laura tried calling her mother but her mother didn't answer, on pupose.
"You're coming back up and you really don't mind."
Laura got out of the bathroom and walked out of school and headed toward home.
"................ You had a bad day."

After an hour of talking in Lilly's room, Lacey and Lucas arrived home.
"Marrryyy" Lacey yelled.
"I'm up here" Mary yelled back.
Soon Lilly and Mary heard footsteps coming from the staircase. Then Lacey and Lucas walked into Lilly's room.
