Sorry if you hate me after this. But I am kind of not sorry at the same time. Enjoy the pretty piano to counter balance the emotions -Mad dog

I spent lunch with Liam under the trees.
Everyone was still staring at us as we passed by.
I swear that gaydar is a real thing.
We slowly throughout the day decided to care less about it though.
His fingers brushed through my hair and leaned his head on my shoulder, "Are you still down to practice at my place tonight?"
"Yeah, I don't think I can handle home life today... It's starting off good and I'd rather not ruin it with my step-douche."
He laughed, "I like step-douche. It seems to fit."
I always loved sitting here.
You can watch over everyone and you are away from all the drama and gossip. The wind blows perfectly through the trees. When you look up at the leaves in the fall you see a mixture of orange and yellows. Then in the spring it is all new. The green leaves are rustling with small patches of blue peeking through.
It's peaceful, just like the park.
I unwrapped my lunch Liam made for me. He left a note with kindergartner's drawing of a viola reading, I will always hear you music even if you just my accompanist. I gave him a huge hug, "You so are adorable."
He winked.
A group of football players started walking towards us.
I have seen them multiple times, always bullying a new recruit or just some random kid. Liam also knows some of them, I guess from friends of friends.
But why are they coming over here?
They stopped about ten feet away from us. One of them spoke, "So Liam, you decided to chase after men now. What's next, are you going to come to school in a dress?"
His douche friends all laughed and patted his back.
Liam was about to talk but I stopped him. I could deal with this, "I knew football players got hit in the head but I didn't think it would be hard enough to leave them without a brain... So why don't you just leave us alone before you use the remaining smarts you have on something stupid."
Another one spoke up, "Wow Liam, so your guard dog is the quiet one that was rejected from his parents?"
Liam spoke, "Chad, just leave us alone."
He spoke again, "No I don't feel like it... I remember his brother... too bad he became a cripple."
That is it. I am not going to take this.
I stood up ready to rip one of their heads off. Liam grabbed me, "Dominic don't..."
They spoke to me again, "Looks like you are on a short leash. You two are truly disgusting."
Then, one of them spit on me.
Oh hell no.
I shook Liam off and punched the spitter right in the face. I got off a few more kicks as they tried to get a hold on me.
Then I realized they out numbered me. And they were football players.
They maybe stupid douche bags but they are strong stupid douche bags.
