Shit. That's not good! Not good at all. They don't like me... She opened her mouth again. And all I could think of was not being able to be in a movie. I mean I could just move back to England then. Why should I stay in America and why should I continue studying performing arts...? "Love, instead we're gonna give you some lines now! And after some time of preparing them you'll have to read them out." Oh lord thank you for always helping me. "Okay I am excited." One of the assistants came forward and handed me a sheet of paper. "So feel free to go outside again and we'll call you back in" the Casting Director said smiling. Finally! I wanted to keep my excitement in for a while since it's a bit weird to flip out in front of your "maybeee new bosses"! The assistant, who gave me the sheet of paper also opened the door for me. After I left the room I actually thought the assistant shut the door and I freaked out! I screeched and started dancing! I was so happy you cannot believe it. Well think about it just seeing the end credits roll and then seeing my name there. Julia Bishop! Wow insaneeeee. I screeched again! And before I could start my victory dance someone tapped me on the shoulder. It was the assistant smirking. I had been dancing and screeching in front of an open door the entire time. Swear to god why does this always happen to me? I looked into the room and my "maybe new bosses" were all smiling and starting jotting down more things in their note books. The Casting Director smiled and gestured to me to go and learn my lines. I mouthed "Sorryyy" and turned around to go back to Kat and Jacob who were still arguing about the best chocolate bar. As they saw me their eyes widened and Jacob excelled "Julia how was it? Why are you back so early? That's not a good sign!" Should I mess with them? Yeah! "Well guys, I I didn't get it... they didn't look for someone like me..." "Whaaaat?" Kat yelled. "Are you kidding me? Are you being serious right now?" she turned to Jacob and said "should I tell them a few words... I mean what is wrong with people nowadays..." Jacob nodded. Oh no they actually believed me, Wow I'm a great actress that's for sure. But no I have to tell them now. Who knows what Kat would do. "Guys it's a joke I'm still in the game bitches!" I screeched. "Man, you dick" Jacob laughed. "So they gave me lines to prepare so that's what I gotta do now and I don't have much time for that." "Okay do what you gotta do. Start learning" Kat screeched. "Will do boss!" I overlooked the lines and it was actually a dialogue between C, me, and P, the other person. I began reading. "Mmh they're fighting... interesting. Okay I can do this" I thought to myself. I read them a few more times until my new friend Paul came back to collect me. "And Julia did you memorize the lines?" "I think so but I hope I won't have a complete black out in front of those guys." Paul laughed. "They don't smile do they?" "Well" I said "they did smile a few times but I don't know if it was because they felt sorry for me I mean I danced like an idiot in front of them because I thought the door was closed so" "Wait that's a good signthat they smiled Julia keep on being yourself I think they like that!" Is it really a good sign? "Wait do they never laugh or smile? Ever?" "Usually? Nope! But I think you might have a good chance here." "Okay then I'll just stay myself who knows maybe I'll fall over or something." We stood in front of the door now. That big flipping door really makes you feel as if you're in a bunker. Paul opened the door for me and there weren't just the usual people sitting there. Some guy stood there and I couldn't see his face since he stood with his back to me. He was taking to the woman who actually never smiled. And Paul and I looked at each other because they were actually full on laughing.
