"H-How... how did you know?" I asked him as Aphmau stared at me in shock.

"Wait wait. Princess Katelyn as in the heir of Phoenix Drop!?" She asked Aaron and he nodded.

"Well I'm a lord. I've gotta remember the royal families and such in case I've got to negotiate with them." He said.

"Oh." I simply said dumbfounded. What was he going to do? Announce the world I was alive? But then the people will come and kill me. I have to ask him not to tell anyone because if not I'd be in danger.

"Please-"

"Don't worry I won't tell anyone. I know if the attackers find out you'll be in danger." He said. "Aphmau won't tell anyone either." He said turning to Aphmau with a smile.

"Yup! I won't!" She exclaimed.

"Thank you very much." I said glad that the people who found out were these kind hearted people.

"Would you like to stay here tonight?" He asked me. "It may be dangerous to be out there."

"Ooh I'd like to talk to you more too!" She said and I smiled at her enthusiasm. I wanted to talk to her more too. This is the first time that I've actually gotten close to a girl outside of my castle.

I thought about the offer, until I remembered about Travis. It's been way over 2 hours! Shoot! "I'm sorry but I can't. I'm travelling with someone!" I exclaimed already standing up, getting ready to go.

"What!? How about that person comes too!" She said but I shook my head and she pouted.

Aaron put a hand on her head and Aphmau blushed. "Let her go. She seems like she's in a hurry."

Aphmau puffed out her cheeks and turned away. Aaron let out a laugh and blushed.

I ship it. I mean what?

"Bye! I hope I'll see you guys again!" I said as I started to climb down the ladder.

"Come back some time! Our offer stands any time!" She exclaimed and I chuckled.

"Good bye." Aaron said as I exited the house and ran out to the field. I could see Aphmau waving to me from the roof and I laughed. I've only met her for a few hours, but I've already grown fond of her.

I ran over to the bridge to see Travis waiting there with a worried expression on his face. "Oh thank Irene! I thought something might've happened to you!"

"I'm fine. Sorry for making you wait." I said a bit too coldly.

"Are you still mad at me?" He asked and I nodded my head. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean it that way please forgive me!"

"No." I bluntly said.

"Pleaseeeeee?" He said doing puppy dog eyes.

"No."

"Please? Please please please please please please please please please please please please please? Please! " He kept on repeating it and I eventually got annoyed.

"Fine if I forgive you will you just shut up!?" I exclaimed throwing my hands in the air and Travis smirked.

"Yes I will."

"Fine!"

Travis grinned. "I knew you would forgive me." He said and I rolled my eyes. "So what have you been doing for the past 2 hours?"

"I met people, became friends, enjoyed the view of the city, nothing special." I said.

"Sounds fun." He said with a grin.

I was going to ask him what he was doing for the past 2 hours, but decided against it after seeing how big his travelling bag has gotten.

I lay on the bed of the inn that we were staying at. I felt guilt for staying at an inn that we didn't even pay for. Though Travis did, it isn't really... his money.

"Why don't you get a job?" I asked him and he shrugged.

"I'm a traveller. I do sometimes stop by towns and do quests to gain money, but not all towns have bars or guilds which provide with quests. So, to survive I learned how to pickpocket."

"Why don't you just stay in a town and work?" I asked him and he shrugged.

"I get bored of a city after being in it for a while. Say, I found this quest at the lobby of this inn. Wanna do it together?" He asked me grinning like an idiot.

"Depends. What's the quest?"

"We just have to kill a bear and get its fur."

"Ok. I'm up for it!" I exclaimed and he smiled.

"Ok we're going tomorrow. For now, here." He said as he handed me some clothes.

"I thought maybe you'd want to wear these since your clothes are dirty."

I smiled. "Thanks." I said as he flashed me a smile. "So... are you going to get out? I kind of have to change."

He leaned back on his chair and rested his legs on the table in the room. "Nope."

"Oh come on!" I exclaimed as he chuckled. I tried to push him out but he won't budge. He was too heavy.

"Lose some weight!" I exclaimed, my face red from pushing on the chair so hard.

"I think I'm pretty handsome the way I am." He said with a wink and I groaned.

"I think you're pretty annoying the way you are."

"You think I'm pretty? Thanks for the complement." He said.

"Just get out before I punch you." I said as he continued to go on about how 'handsome' he was.

Anger built up inside of me and I punched him in the stomach.

He doubled over, holding onto his stomach. "I'm sorry I'll get out!" He exclaimed in a slightly strangled voice as he finally walked out of the room.

~~~~~~~~~~
I walked out of the room to see Travis reading a book on the couch in the lobby.
"Whatcha reading?" I asked him as I approached.
"It's called-" he cut himself off as he looked at me and he smirked.
I was wearing a black shirt with a blue vest, black pants with brown heel boots. I took a shower so I felt refreshed, and I had finally got to comb my hair with a brush, so it was let down, flowing down nicely. (Sorry I just didn't know what to make her wear so it sucks... Just imagine whatever you want XD)
"Looks nice on you." He said, the smirk still plastered on his face.
"Thanks." I said smiling at him.
