Hi ! I updated today because it's my birthday :) anyways, enjoy :
Chapter 8 : "You say goodbye to your phone."
*************************************************
"If you change it, I'll kill you." I threatened Aaron.
Aaron sighed, "Oreo, it's my car at the end of the day, I get to choose what song to play."
"So? I'm sitting here too, I can't stand listening to your songs." I groaned.
"You don't even know what music I listen to for godssake!!" Aaron exasperated.
"Whatever." I murmured, reaching out to turn the volume up.
"I'm sorry, the old Ellie can't come to the phone right now, why? Oh, cause she's dead." I sang.
Aaron looked at me in amusement for a second and then started laughing.
I lowered the volume.
"What's so funny?" I said, rolling my eyes.
"You got so into it, you really put your emotions into it." Aaron explained, still grinning.
"Yeah, yeah." I mumbled.
"Can I atleast choose one song? I know you'll like it." Aaron asked, whining a little.
"Oh my god, you aren't gonna shutup till you play the song you want, are you?" I asked, annoyed.
Aaron only chuckled back before grabbing the phone from my hand to choose whatever song he wants to listen to now.
I basically had plugged my phone into the AUX cord in his car and I'm obviously blasting music through it.
"Are you trying to kill us?" I asked Aaron, who's mind is half on the phone, half on the road.
"No?" Aaron answered, but it came out more as a question.
"Havana oo na na.." played in the car.
I have so much respect for this boy.
"OH MY GOD, THAT'S MY SONG." I yelled a little too excitedly before singing along ofcourse.
And filming myself with a filter singing the song on snapchat.
Hey, we've all done that before.
I'm still squealing and singing along while Aaron is just laughing.
By the end of the song, I gasped for breath as a result of fangirling so hard, but then I came to a conclusion that my beautiful baby was sitting in Aaron's lap. My phone. I don't know how it got there, it was just in my hands.
I reached my hand out to grab it, but Aaron definitely had other ideas, because as soon as he noticed my attempt to grab it, he held it.
No that's not the problem.
The problem is, he had his hand out the window. The hand that was holding my baby.
Why?
Why does he keep torturing me?
The moment Aaron got his hand outside the window, my heart stopped as I shrieked, "Aaron!! Oh my god, oh my god, give me my phone." I yelled.
But all he did was laugh and pretend like I was not there.
"Aaron, you have three seconds." I warned.
That only made him laugh harder as he reached his hand out even more to the point were it reached its limit, the back window.
What if my baby fell off and a car stepped on it?
"AARON! OH MY GOD! I'M HAVING BREATHING PROBLEMS." I said, my voice still as loud as ever.
"I will give it back." Aaron said. I sighed in relief before he continued, "But you'll have to reach it."
"The fuck do you mean Aaron, your hand is outside the window.. with my phone.." Aaron had a confused look on his face, the dumbass not understanding my point.
"How the hell am I supposed to reach it?" I finally asked.
"Oh, just go to the backseat, open the window, and grab it, simple." Aaron said, smirking.
"You've got to be kidding me." I said back, glaring furiously at Aaron.
"You have two minutes to decide, Oreo." Aaron said, still freaking smirking.
"What if I want more than two minutes?" I challenged.
"You say goodbye to your phone." Aaron said as if it was that easy to say goodbye to my phone.
"Ugh." I groaned, making a very ugly sound.
He makes everything horrible in my life, like I wish I can be near him for one time and not wanna jump off a cliff. I'm actually angry this time.
"Fine." I mumbled lastly, before throwing myself to the backseat.
Once I landed, in a very uncomfortable position may I add, I fixed my position and rolled the damn window down.
I reached my hand out, but before I could grab a hold of my phone, Aaron legit let go of it.
Now I have no effing clue as to how it flew to my hand, but I snatched it immediately with panic all over my face.
I held my phone close to my chest as I yelled, "ARE YOU SERIOUS AARON? WHAT IF I HAD NOT GRABBED IT, ARE YOU CRAZY?" I was seriously fuming at this point.
Aaron only laughed.
"It's not funny!!" I whined, wondering what he finds hilarious about this situation.
"I hate you, that was too far." I mumbled, as I flipped my phone around checking for injuries that I swear if existed, Aaron would be dead by now.
"Don't lie Oreo, you know you love me." Aaron said, winking at me through the rearview mirror.
"Bahahaha please." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
Aaron just stayed silent for a while.
And then he said what I have been wanting to here for so long now. "We're here."
The amount of happiness that surged through me knowing I don't have to be stuck with this asshole in the same car is unexplainable.
Okay maybe I'm exaggerating just a little bit, but I can't help it. He's annoying.
"Yay!!" I squealed while Aaron just rolled his eyes at me.
