Chapter 9

~there is some weird shit in this chapter btw... so don't mentally gag like I would~

When I got to Colby's house I didn't even knock. I just walked in. I saw nobody on the main floor so I walked upstairs. Still nobody to be seen. I went back down to the main floor and grabbed myself a water bottle. I heard something come from downstairs.

I walked to the basement door open. 'How did I not notice this?' I facepalmed. I walked down the stairs.

"I've never been down here before." I quietly said to myself. All the doors were open except for one. So I walked over to that door and put I ear up to the door. I had a confused look on my face. I couldn't tell if he was playing video games or watching videos. The sound was quiet. The sound was paused and I heard a chair creek. I didn't have any time to run back up the stairs. The door opened slightly. All I could do was stare for the split 2-5 seconds it took him to register that I was standing in front of him.

"What the fuck!" Colby yelled because I scared him slightly. My cheeks started to burn up. He realized he was almost but naked and smacked his own face. "I didn't think you would be over this early."

"But you knew I was coming over so this is your fault. By the way... Where's Sam?"

"At the skate park."

"Sam. Skates?"

"Yes and so do I."

"Wait... Why didn't you tell me this earlier... I ride skateboard all the free time I have!" My face was still burning. I felt like I was going to explode. I bit my lip so hard that I swear I drew blood.

"Oh yeah. Haha. I'm still in my boxers." He laughed awkwardly. I laughed a little along with him. I bit my lip even more. He turned around to put his pants back on.

"What were you doing?" I asked with a slight smirk.

"Oh uhh, nothing." He said turning his computer off.

We went upstairs and he turned on his PS4. We played F/V/G (favorite video game) for what feels like an eternity. Sam came bursting they the door with his skateboard in his hand. He stretched and dropped his stuff and shut the door. He looked at me and Colby.

"I thought you weren't coming over?" Sam asked me.

"I changed my mind." I answered still looking at the screen.

"God dang it Y/n! Stop being so good at 1v1!"

"Sorry! Can't stop when I already started!" Me and Colby laughed. Sam joined in so now it's a 1v1v1.

It was now dark outside, I looked at the time.

"Jesus."

"What." Colby looked at me.

"It's already 10pm. I'm going to bed."

"Okay." Colby and Sam said staying in the same spots they were in. I went up to Colby's room. I looked in Colby's closet and took one of his sweatshirts so sleep in. I took off my shirt and pants. I then slipped his sweatshirt over my head and laid down. I fell asleep almost instantly.

I woke up to the door being opened. I felt Colby's eyes on me. He walked up to me and thought I was sleeping so, he kissed my forehead. I didn't feel him slip under the covers with me so I guess he was sleeping on the floor again.
