Run (Kim Taehyung x Reader)

Chapter Two

I run to Taehyung and grab the bottom of his chains and begin to tug on them. Fear and adrenaline were causing me to lose my grip and slip, struggling to free him. Taehyung was able to get his ankle cuffs off of him, but the chain on his handcuffs wouldn't break.

"Yoongi!" I call out as I look over my shoulder at him then he clicks his tongue.

"Goddammit..." Yoongi mutters.

He walks over with Jimin trailing behind him then they get down on the ground, helping me pull on the chain.

With one hard tug, Taehyung's handcuff chain comes undone. He then looks at his hands, smiling wide. I grab his hand then the four of us run towards the hole in the wall.

"Wait!" Taehyung shouts.

I look back at him as he pulls himself out of my grasp, running towards his bed and tearing it open, pulling a small gun out from his mattress, putting it into his pants. My eyes widen as he looks back at us then he jumps out of the hole in the wall, onto the roof of the neighboring building then Yoongi, Jimin, and I follow. We all group back up together, running to the door of the hotel we jumped on.

Jungkook broke the door open then the eight of us ran into the building. After seven of us ran past, Jungkook closes the door behind us, taking off his belt and tying the door handle to a pipe close by. We run down a long flight of stairs, then we stop on the fourth floor. We all stand at the stairs, trying to catch our breaths as my body continues to shake from the adrenaline rush.

"Don't worry, we'll get out of here with ease." Jimin assures me then Jungkook peeks around the corner of the hallway.

"We're all good over here." Jungkook tells us then we quickly run behind him to the next staircase.

"Since we don't know what to expect going down these stairs, we should all go with somebody." Namjoon suggests then we all nod in agreement.

"Namjoon and I will go together." Seokjin suggests.

"Jungkook and I will go together." Jimin says as he grabs Jungkook's arm.

"Y/N and I-" Yoongi starts to say.

"No." Taehyung immediately denies then he grabs my waist and pulls me to his chest. "Y/N/N and I will go together." He argues as my cheeks turn light pink.

"No, you've hurt her last time you two were alone together, I'm not letting you do it again." Yoongi argues then Taehyung gives him a cold glare.

"His bad side is coming out." 

"Don't fuck with me, Yoongi." Taehyung warns then he chuckles darkly. "I will rip your guts out of you and eat them." He threatens then my eyes widen.

"Yoongi," I tell Yoongi then he looks at me, "I-I'll go with him. I'll make sure he's good." I assure him.

"Y/N, do you not remember the last time--"

"Yoongi." I interrupt then I nod in assurance. "I'll be okay." I assure him then he sighs, putting his hands on his hips.

"Yoongi-hyung and I will go together then." Hoseok suggests then Seokjin and Namjoon go down the stairs first.

Jimin and Jungkook then go down the stairs quickly. Then Yoongi and Hoseok start going, Yoongi gives Taehyung a possessive glare, then walking down the stairs. Once they got to the bottom of the stairs, Taehyung and I start going down them.

I walk along the railing and Taehyung stands on the other side of me. I held onto the railing tight as I watch Taehyung out of the corner of my eye, untrusting of his thoughts and what he could possibly do next. He then grabs my wrist, bringing me closer to him, then wrapping his arm around my torso.
