Chapter 2: Turning some Heads.

Running at 100m Julia made more destruction than the NYC thugs. Yet, she got into the hang of things. 3 days has past, and when her parents aren't around she'd go to her treehouse and figure out what is happening to her.

"Ok, just need to do some more tests on me and then I'll know what's going on here." Julia said to herself.

So with a dab of her blood she took it and put it through a ride of many loops, twists, and turns. Then some results came up on her computer.

*Gasp* "I'm turning into an african animal?! Which one though? I don't know.. Elephants aren't fast. Eh, I'll figure it out tomorrow." Julia said coming down the treehouse.

She left the treehouse and locked it up. Then she had an itch on her neck, as she scratched her neck Cheetah was beginning to form.

The next day Julia could go to school again. She put on her uniform of a burgundy jacket, with a lion crescent on the top right and a plain black skirt, black stockings and black boots.To finish it off she braided her hair.

She grabbed her things and headed out the door and waited for the bus. When the bus came she immediately saw her BFF Gabby,and sat next to her.

"Oh my gosh! I thought I'd never see you again!" Gabby said hugging her.

"Yeah, me too. Gabby.... I need to tell you something very important. Can you keep a secret?" Julia whispered.

"OMG! Do you have a crush on Derrick?!" Gabby yelled.

"What!! No. It's something WAY more important than that. I'll tell you at school." Julia said.

She entered in the school with mighty confidence in her eyes. Everyone thought that Julia went to a different school. But clearly that was not the case.

"Jewels! Hey. Thought you left Hollywood Arts." Derrick said.

"Nope I'm here to stay. So um what have I missed the past 3 days?" Julia asked.

"Not much, except the fact that someone in our area has been doing some nasty things! I mean I even tried to catch him or her. But they're just too fast." Derrick said making a fist.

"Wow... I'd better get myself together for the day. Bye Derrick." Julia said going to her locker.

"Bye." Derrick said waving goodbye.

Julia was certain that he was talking about her. But he can't know, after all that is her crush.

As she opens her locker she looks in the mirror and sees dark yellow fur with spots on it on her neck. Hiding it with a purple lace scarf she knew the animal in her was coming out.
