"You want me to what!?"

Jungkook's mind was in a weird blur, thoughts tumbling over one another to reach the forefront of his mind before the others. He blinked his eyes, as one emotion surpassed the rest; mirth.

"Oh my God," He giggled. "You're kidding right? Right? Hehe....no?"

An expression of horror replaced the grin. "Are you crazy!? How will that do anything!?"

Seokjin sighed, disdain evident across his face. "Really, Mr. Jeon, I thought you were smarter than that."

At the latter's confused expression, he continued, "I've been thinking about his situation for a while. The one and only solution presenting itself is....affection. Affection only someone he cares about can provide."

Jungkook's cheeks brushed with a rosy hue. "Oh, c-come on, he doesn't like me that way. We're just friends... We met barely a month ago!"

"Exactly." Replied the elder, as if that explained everything. "It's practically astounding, the bond both of you have formed in such a short time. The next step in your 'relationship' is.....well....True loves kiss."

"Yah, don't be so cheesy!" Hiding his, now scarlet, face behind his palms, Jungkook cringed hard.

"I still don't understand what kissing him will do." Lowering his hands, he, once again, threw an inquisitive glance at the elder.

A spark ignited in Seokjin's eyes.

"It's simple, really. His primary trait is anger. Yours is affection. It's like, negative and positive. And what, my dear Jungkook, happens when you bring negative and positive poles of a magnet together?"

"They.......attract." Jungkook's voice faded out as it fit into place. Of course.
"Exactly." Seokjin placed one of his hands on his shoulder. "Can I trust you with this simple yet crucial task?"

"I...." Jungkook bit his lip. "And if it doesn't work?"

"Then we'll think of something more....extreme." Jungkook hated the way the elder had said 'extreme'.

"Okay....I'll do it, but...." He uttered a thought that had been nagging at him for quite a while now. "...How do you even know he'll..I mean... He likes me?"

"Oh, don't worry about that. He practically confessed, the way he was talking about you. Trust me, I'm good at reading people's emotions."

Saying that, the doctor turned around to leave. Watching his retreating back, Jungkook started and called after him.
"And how do you even know I like him!?" He yelled, cheeks again coloured a rosy dawn.

Seokjin stopped and turned towards him, a smirk evident across his features.

"Don't fool yourself, Mr. Jeon. Now, contact me whenever you're done. Good day to you." With that, he disappeared from view.

Unbelievable, shaking his head, Jungkook walked away himself.

"Why'd you take so much time? And, why are you blushing?"

Jungkook slid into the driver's seat and ignored the latter's questions.

"Put your seat belt on." He muttered, starting the engine. The older boy huffed and did as he asked.

"Okay, done. Now will you tell me?" He pleaded.

Jungkook glanced at him out of the corner of his eye, suddenly aware of the enclosed proximity they were in, with the latter leaning towards him in agitation. It would be so easy to lean in himself, close the distance in one fluid motion, and press his lips to Taehyung's, one hand on his seat for support, the other; tangled in his soft blonde locks, pushing their faces impossibly closer...

A dry, shuddering breath escaped his lips, as he envisioned the whole scene playing out in front of him.

"Hello? Earth to Jungkook?" Taehyung waved his hand on front of the latter's face, clearly annoyed by the lack of response.

"Huh? Oh, yeah...." Tearing his mentalities away from the strangely enticing thought, Jungkook cleared his throat.

"It was nothing, really. He just told me to not let you out at all in the morning, so I told him that you already don't."

"Oh." The latter sounded convinced, causing Jungkook to let out a secretive sigh of relief.

How the hell am I supposed to do this?
