Now for the moment you all have been waiting for lol))
When it was decided that Goth needed more help then the two could provide, they agreed to take him to a hospital. Although Death hated them, he was to afraid to lose Goth, and with the extra help, Goth's probability of survival would increase. The two waited, there was so many questions that lingered in Geno's head. 'How did this happen?' 'why didn't he just tell me' but all questions came to a halt as the doctor walked in. The two stood up as the doctor made his way to them. "I will assume that you two are very worried. But we did everything we could." the two froze gripping each others hands as tightly as possible. " we were forced to place him in a medically induced coma in order for his own magic to fully restore before we could continue. He should be up and awake in the max of two months." the wave of relief washed over the two, sure a coma wasn't a good thing but it meant that Goth was alive. He was breathing. He was still going.
The doctor lead them through the corridors, down to ICU. A place where you never want to be as a parent. They made it to the room where their son resigned. They opened the door, Goth laid in the bed, his arm wrapped up and wires attached that made it look like a horror show. Death and Geno were quick to move to their sons side. The difference in their reactions were almost hard to miss. Geno was panicked and understandably upset, but there was no emotion on Death's face, it was blank and hollow. He stood there the entire time, contemplating the days events. Why would Goth even try to fight Chara? He knew better he could have run.
To make matters worse, is when Palette walked in, in his arms was a small child, ah right. Emergency contacts were probably called. Palette didn't say anything, he didn't need to. But he did feel uncomfortable at the feeling of blank eyes watching him. He shifted Pastel in his arms, the sleeping child payer no mind to the tragic scene. "Is he going to be ok?" Palette asked, his voice soft, to not startle the already stressed family. "I think so." Palette and Geno looked up at Death, it has been the fist few words he's spoke since they left the house. Palette only nodded, he noticed the short arm of the other, he slightly cringed at the thought of the pain Goth had most likely felt. Maybe his husband was lucky and the adrenaline kept the pain subsided.
They all new Goth would need lots of time to recover, so after two months, and a few more weeks, Goth was aloud home. His movements were rough and slow, and often he would get frustrated. He was helping Death with putting groceries away, but it was hard to do with one full arm. Goth refused to just let his father do it. But he finally broke. He hated this and everyone knew it. They didnt like it either. Death gently took the item off the floor and set it in Goth's hand, "it's ok. Just move slower ok?" Goth nodded as he slowly moved to the cabinet and placed the bagged item inside, he sighed and looked back at his father. Death smiled back "see? Now lets give you smaller items yea?" Goth sighed "yea." Death handed Goth the next item but pulled him into a hug first "remember that I love you ok?" Goth nodded and skilled hugging his father back "I love you too dad"
END!! Hhhhhmnnnnn for ages you have all waited!! Sorry if it's short. There were a lot of ideas that were scrapped because I didn't like them. But here you all go. Aaaaa))
