Jungkook's house was relatively louder and messier than Taehyung had imagined it would be. He grimaced at the sight. A group of boys stood near the kitchen counter and played beer pong, shouting at the top of their lungs and doing God-knows-what.
"This was a bad idea," Taehyung mumbled and looked at his feet. "No, it wasn't," Jimin retorted. "We just got here. Stop being a priss."
"Well, I'm sorry I can't live up to your expectations but me hating this shouldn't come as a surprise to you of all people," Taehyung said in annoyance.
"I'm sorry," Jimin said, slightly ashamed. He had dragged his best friend to a place they wouldn't visit in their wildest dreams, and he was being a bitch about it. All because of a boy who invited him? Maybe he doesn't even like me, Jimin frowned at the thought.
The boys walked further into the house, limiting themselves to the ground floor because no one seemed to go upstairs. "Yoongi!" Jimin suddenly caught sight of the dark haired male. "Over here!"
Yoongi walked up to the boys, surprising all three of them by patting Taehyung's head and showing his rare smile. "I didn't think you would come," he said, his attention directed towards the youngest of the three.
"Neither did I," Taehyung grumbled. "This dwarf dragged me out."
Yoongi let out a laugh and ruffled Taehyung's hair. "Jungkook's inside if you wanna see him?"
"NO!" Taehyung almost yelled. He recomposed hinself quickly and laughed nervously. "I mean, I'm okay. I don't want to see him."
"Too bad," Yoongi said. "He's always eager to see you." Taehyung frowned at this, and looked at Jimin.
Throughout the conversation, the pink haired boy looked back and forth between Taehyung and Yoongi, confused about a hell lot of things at once. Am I missing something? When did they bond? What the fuck?
Jimin gave his best pretend smile when Taehyung looked at him. "You wanna go get drinks?" He said to no one in particular.
"I don't drink." Yoongi said. Taehyung just looked at Jimin like he was stupid.
"Right. I'm gonna go get one." He walked away from the two, feeling left out. The whole situation was ironical, really. He'd practically forced Taehyung to come to the party because he wanted to see Yoongi and now he felt left out.
The short and now frustrated boy poured himself a cup of cherry sour vodka and gulped it down, hardly reacting to the strange taste. "I hate alcohol," he mumbled and gulped down another cup of the drink.
Fifteen minutes and six cups later, he walked out to the porch, clearly drunk. His eyes refused to focus and his brain felt like mush. "You left Taehyung alone," a voice said.
Yoongi stood beside him, looking straight ahead, his voice devoid of emotion unlike the last time Jimin had seen him. "Yeah, well, I needed to get a drink."
"You've clearly had more than one."
Without thinking, not that his brain was capable of thinking at that moment, he pulled Yoongi by his collar and crashed his lips on to his. Jimin had hardly felt his lips when Yoongi pushed him off and looked him in disgust.
"What the fuck?" Yoongi said, annoyed.
"Don't you like me?" Jimin slurred, sounding pathetic. "I like you..."
"Even if you do like me, it's no reason to touch me without my consent," Yoongi said. "Especially when I haven't behaved likewise."
Jimin's eyes darkened. "Is this because of Tae? Do you like him?"
"As a matter of fact, I do." Yoongi said, pissed. "I'm fond of him for various reasons, sexual attraction not being one of them."
The pink haired boy's mouth formed an 'O' and he smiled again. Yoongi looked at him, his expression unreadable. "You dragged your friend out here, when he'd clearly rather be at home and read or something, and then you left him alone in a crowd of drunk, revolting people. Why, because you were jealous?" Although everything he had said was true, Jimin thought of anything he could say to prove him wrong. "Your kind. That's the kind I despise the most."
The older boy turned around and walked away, leaving a drunk and teary eyed Jimin whose guilt threatened to engulf him any second now.

Taehyung looked around, bored out of his mind. He had tried to look for Jimin and given up after some time. He now sat on one of the many chairs in the hallway, sipping on a cup of water for obvious reasons and looking around at the people.
He jumped up as soon as he saw Jungkook walking in his direction. Where the heck do I go? Confused, he looked around for a way to avoid him and in his hurry, he dashed up the stairs, hiding himself in a random room.
A minute later, he groaned. Of all the rooms in this mansion, I just had to choose this one! His eyes widened as the door opened and a very surprised Jungkook looked straight at him. "What're you doing in my room?"
Taehyung stifled a groan. "I got lost. I'm gonna leave." Before he could leave, Jungkook held him by his wrist and pushed him towards the bed, smirking deviously. "You can't just leave, baby boy. Daddy wants to have some fun."
Taehyung snorted. "Okay, first, you're not my daddy. I think I could find a better one than you." Jungkook looked at him in surprise. "Second, why in the world would you even do this to me? I mean, I get it! You hate me. But-"
Jungkook cut him off, placing his lips gently on the older's, putting his hand on the small of his back simultaneously. The next moment, he felt a sharp sting on his left cheek, and he backed away in shock.
Taehyung didn't even look at Jungkook when he left the room, questioning the point of his existence and trying to keep his shit together.
The boy practically ran to his home, which took him around twenty whole minutes, and barged into his room, shutting the door loudly behind him.
He screamed, so loud that his throat hurt and his ears rung. Tears spilled out of his eyes, staining his cheeks. He screamed again. And again. And again; until his voice refused to come out of him and he could hear his heartbeat pounding in his ears.
This is the kind of people he hated the most. Bratty rich kids. Bullies. Assholes who thought they could get whatever they wanted and abused their power. Jungkook's kind.
