'The plan was actually working. After all their failed ideas, this one succeeded. It's not like they had huge crowds but a good amount of people checked them out and actually bought some stuff. All of Dolph's artwork were practically gone. Harrison's hat used to have spare coins but now bills were pouring! His magic did improve over the years. But another reason he got so much money was because people thought Space kid was doing stand-up comedy. But he was just acting like himself and being clumsy. Preston's hand were purple by the time he finished writing up three books. Only one was sold and it was about a cheesy romantic living in New York City looking for the love of his life. Two of them had the same idea but much worse. Ered banged her head on the table. They were going no where. She snatched the pencil out of his hand, grabbed a bunch of paper, and wrote away. She held her hardwork in front of her face and smiled. She wrote a book about - it's pretty obvious - skateboarding. She placed it in front of the table and Preston didn't seem too impressed. "You think this is going to sell better that my stories?"

Ered shrugged. "It's better than reading the same cliche romance storyline."

A boy probably in fifth grade, approached their table. His gaze was glued on what Ered wrote. He then stared at Ered. "You wrote this?" He pointed at the book. She nodded. He began to laugh. "A girl like you can't skate."

She squinted her eyes and stared at the very new skateboard. She looked deep into his soul. "You only carry that thing so you can look cool."

His face turned red as he suddenly stuttered. "N-no I don't! I bet I'm way b-better than you at skating!"

A grin grew on her face. "Bet." She grabbed her skateboard underneath the table. Yeah her board isn't as great as his. But it doesn't matter if it's nice or not. What matters is how good you are with the board. "I don't want to waste my time doing some tricks. So how about we just go down that steep hill without falling or getting hurt?" The boy looked up and his face fell in fear. Ered giggled. He'll never want to do this. But the boy strapped his helmet on, grabbed his skateboard, and looked at her with determination. Did he want to go first?

He let out a long sigh and said, "Y-you can go first! Ladies first!"

She sweat dropped and listened to him anyways. She walked and walked and walked. Her legs were getting tired due to how high she had to go. When she got to the tippity top, the boy she was going to bet with, wasn't the only one near their table. A swarm of younger and older boys were there too. And they all stared at Ered. She smiled when she could see a faint look of awkwardness on Preston's face as he tried to sell the books. She assumed this since she couldn't really see nor hear from where she currently was. She stared down and she could only see people for ants. She took a deep breath and strapped her helmet. She was on top of her skateboard and there she went. She went straight down with a look of excitement.

The breeze was nice as she rushed downwards. Closer and closer she got to the ground. Soon enough the wheels scraped the floor and she kept going. It looked as if she had no control and she was going to crash into a wall. But no. She added more wait to the back and the front tilted up. She rode on the wall and backflipped. Sounds of claps filled her ears as she bowed. She glanced at the boy who had a very shocked face on. She knew he didn't want to do this. He was going to get badly injured too and she doesn't want her family to get sued. She sighed and said, "Just buy the book if you don't want to do this."

He nodded very very fast as he ran to the table and grabbed some money from his pocket. "I only have 50 dollars on me! Is that fine?!" Preston stared at the cash as he widely grinned.

"Oh that's the perfect amount." He took it and hid where no one can steal it.

The boy scanned the pages and his eyes grew wider by the second. He turned to Ered and asked, "Everything you just did is on here?!"
