Chapter 62: baby shower part 1

I'm so nervous everyone is here in the backyard just talking. I was warming up Adelaide's bottle as Ash came over and took her from me. "Bro!" I said trying to grab her. "Nope! It's Uncle Ashy's turn isn't it Adi?" She giggled and reached for his hair. He put her on his hip so she could mess with his hair. "What is with everyone's obsession over your hair?" I threw my hands up (playing my song) in the air shaking my head. "I'm too sexy for you to understand." He flipped his hair and grabbed Adi's bottle walking away.

I heard a car pull into the garage and I looked to see the van pull in. Luke and Michael saluted me and walked to the backyard. Then Liv's car pulled in. I ran to Ash in the back yard. "Hey everyone Olivia's here!" I announced. They all started to hide and I went to the living room to wait for them to come in. I hopped up onto the couch and played on my phone until I heard the door open. I stood up and kissed Liv then hugged Meli. I felt someone hugging my leg and I picked the little one up. "Who's this cutie!" I said tickling the little girls stomach. "That's Carter and this is her mom Leila. They're gonna be staying with us." She gave me an 'I'll tell you later' look.

"Well I'm gonna go find Michael." Meli said walking away. "Well Carter lets go upstairs!" I said making her 'fly' up the stairs.

"Come on I'll show you to your room." I said pulling Leila upstairs. "That is Meli's room downstairs, then my room, Calum's room, Mikey's room. Across the hall there is Carter and Adelaide's room, your room is right next door, then Luke, and that's Ashton's." We walked into Carter and Adi's room where Calum and her were playing. "Come on let's go see the boys." Calum said grabbing my hand. He pulled me down stairs and outside. "Guys?" I said as I stepped out.

"Surprise!" I heard people yell. I jumped back into Calum. He wrapped his arms around my waist and put them on my belly. "Welcome to your shower Babygirl." He whispered kissing my cheek. I turned around and kissed him. I heard everyone applauding and I turned around seeing Niall and Ashley. "Niall! Ashley! Come here!" I said waving them over. They both hugged me and kissed my cheek. "Look at you Hun!" Ashley said putting a hand on my stomach. "How far along are you?" Niall asked putting an arm around me. "Around the end of my sixth month. I don't think Ash has a concept of time because this is a little early for a baby shower." I whispered to them laughing. They laughed with me until I was pulled away. I kept greeting everyone. The boys waited their turns and they ended up last. Michael hugged me first and rubbed my back. "It's a little early for this and we know. We're just so anxious for the bean to come. We all love you so much so we had to." I kissed his cheek and hugged the rest of the band.

"Some people Ashley and I invited are late, but they'll be here." Niall said standing with the boys. "Also I bought you some Starbucks on the way back." Luke said handing it to me. "Tea?" I asked taking it. "Peach citrus with a slice of lemon added to it. Luckily the one we stopped at had lemons." He smiled at me and patted my shoulder walking away.

Someone tapped my shoulder and I turned around to see mum and dad. "Uh Mikey?" I called him and he jogged over smiling. His smile soon faded and he protectively wrapped an arm around my waist. "Mom. Dad." He gritted his and pulled me closer. I rubbed his back and looked at them confused. "Ashton invited us. We wanted to come see you two and the grandkids. We know you don't want us here. But please let us stay for a little at least." I looked at Mikey and he looked back at me. "Give us a minute. We're gonna go into the porch and talk." I said pulling Michael away from the two. "Michael maybe we should let them stay, but first wrong thing and they're gone." I said shaking my head he nodded at me and we walked back over to our parents. "Fine, but one wrong move and I'm going to be escorting you two out." Michael said walking away. "Well I'm almost there guys! A few more months." My mom smiled placing a hand on my belly. I cautiously removed her hand and shook my hand. "Not yet. Please don't touch me." I whispered so no one around us could hear. "So uh go mingle everyone here knows me so they might as well meet you I guess. Oh and don't forget to go find Adelaide she'd love to see you guys. I'm gonna go find Calum." I walked away awkwardly and find Calum talking to a group of people on the porch. I snuggled into his side and he kissed the top of my head.

"Liv these are the boys Niall invited. The 1D boys. Harry, Louis, Liam, Zayn, meet Olivia my girlfriend." They all gave me a hug. Harry was last and gave me the longest hug ever. "Congrats." he said when he was done hugging me. "Okay Harry that's enough the pretty lady has a boyfriend. She's not open for grabs." Liam said pulling him back a little. I just nervously laugh and Calum pulled me closer to him. "Oh and I went to see the lady from the flower shop today and she sent these flowers on the table here for you because she can't make it." Calum said pointing to the black and dark purple flowers on the table next to us. "Olivia! Come here for a second!" I looked over and Ashley was waving me over. "What's us Ash?" I said finally getting to where she was. "These are the Fifth Harmony girls. Normani, Dinah, Ally, and Lauren." "Nice to meet you all. I'm sorry I would hug you and continue talking but I really gotta pee so Ashley if you don't mind will you please tell Calum to bring Adelaide in so I can change her diaper cause I gotta go. Thanks love!" I fast walked away before she could answer. Once I got to the bathroom the door was shut. I knocked and heard Ashton tell from the inside. "Ashton you limp dick I have to pee!" I yelled crossing my legs. I heard laughing behind me and turned around to Calum, Mikey, and Adelaide. They kept laughing as they walked away and Ashton finally opened the door. I did my business and when I came out the boys had Adi in the living room. "Dinner time!" Luke yelled from the backyard. "Yessssssssss food!" I yelled grabbing Adi and zooming to the back. "Of course you're the first one out here when I say food. No doubt Mike's next." Luke laughed carry his and Adi's plate as I carried mine and Adi herself. "Shut up ass licker I'm always hungry and you know that."
