After a literal three hours, I was able to finally find the tent.
By now, it was light out, so I felt less intimidated by her.

I opened the tent flap, and I see that Zander and Tyler were eating muffins and donuts.

What the.

Zander looks up, "hi, Bella!"
"Hi? Hi? You couldn't have bothered to come find me? You guys are just sitting here eating!"

"Chill, B," Tyler says while picking at his muffin.
"And you! Where were you last night? I risked my life to find you!" I yell.
"Oh, sorry, B. I had to pee. I left to find a tree."

..no way.

"Zander, when did you stop searching?" I asked.
"About fifteen minutes after you decided to walk off, I didn't think it was a big deal, I figured Ty wasn't up to anything bad." He answers.
"But you didn't look for me?"

I'm almost in tears at this point.

"Sorry," is all Zander says.
I look at Tyler, he just shrugs.
"So, I could have died and neither of you would have noticed."

There was just silence.

I run out of the tent, crying hysterically.
Do they not care about me?
I just want to go home.

I spend a good ten minutes outside, leaning against an old tree.

Tyler comes out and walks towards me.

"B," he says.

I ignore him.

"B," he repeats.
"What?"
"You know we care about you," he says.
"We? I don't care about Zander. For Christ's sake we met him yesterday. I could care less what he thinks."
"Then why did you start crying when he didn't go looking for you?" Tyler seems annoyed with me.
"Because I don't want to die!" I shout.

I run back inside the tent and leap onto the sleeping bag.

Tyler follows me back into tent, sitting next to me.

"Well, guys," Zander says, "we should go back to sleep."
"Shouldn't we be looking for a way out of this place?" I ask, confused.
"No use," he replies.
"Yeah, B, we will never be able to get out of here, we just have to accept that we're going to be stuck here," Tyler agrees.
"Whaaaaaaat?" I say, shocked at Tyler's response.
"No," Zander turns to Tyler.
There's a pause.

"We have to sacrifice someone to her to get out of here."
