It is currently the next year since the scariest days of my life.
Tyler and I started dating.
A funeral was held for Zander.
I met his six, lovely siblings.
Tyler and I were big news--and we still are.
We're known by everyone in town. They ask for pictures with us, autographs, etcetera.
They call us heroes. For what? We didn't die. We didn't fight anyone. We didn't save someone who was being attacked by lions.
Zander is the hero in our hearts.
But, it's like the town doesn't focus on Zander, and it's upsetting. He deserves double the attention that we are receiving.
Oh, and I'm graduated from high school now. When school comes back around, I'll be attending Aimes University, just like Zander did. I trust him.
It's hard to believe that Oak Woods, the least popular woods, has now become the most popular.
All because of Tyler and I--and Zander. All of us.
The least unexpected, can be real. Just because it's in a book or a movie, doesn't mean it won't happen.
Doesn't mean it won't happen to you.
