Prologue

[System] [Utamaru] spilled the first blood [ArcNemesis].

First blood! Yeah! That's the way! The sound of keyboard, intense gaming, sweatpants, hoodie. Spending my weekends with my laptop.

Hi! I'm Jilly and I'm currently a student at Light High School. I'm just an average girl, except that I like gaming. I game almost whole day; after completing my homeworks of course. However, I still do not excel in my studies. My grades are just average.

Just when the battleground is about to end, I heard my phone vibrating. Thus, I answered without bothering to look at the recipient as I was too busy with my game.

"Hello?? Is this Jil?"

"Yes, I am. Who are you?"

"Such a friend. Can't you even recognise your best friend's voice?!"

"HAHAHA I'm just joking. I know you're Vinc. Wassup?"

"Good. Come discord and FriendStory."

"Why?"

"Bossing and let's train together. There's an event and reward for training to level 100."

"Alright. Lemme claim my reward from Battle Commence first and I'll in discord and FriendStory."

"See ya later, Jil."

"Alright, Vinc," and Vinc hung up. Well, he's my close friend. We'd often go bossing and hang around in FriendStory. Although we never met in real life before, we're close.

One day, I hope to meet Vinc.

[Jilly has logged into the chatroom 'FriendStory guiseeee'.]

"Sup, Vinc."

"Jillll you finally in. Leggo boss fast... I'm tired. Working tomorrow."

"Logging in, Vinc... By the way, why did Bernice deafen us?! Is she in fs?"

"She's having breakfast. She said she'll undeafen once she's back."

"She'd better," I sounded murderous.

"JIL YOU SOUND CREEPY," Vinc burst out laughing.

[Friends] MageV : i muted my mic

"Already did, Vinc," I chuckled.

[Friends] MageV : whuttttt?! i thought i muted?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

"Knowing you, you'd curse at that situation."

"No funnnn, Jil. Hmmm... Alright let's form party and leggo bossing!"

"Sure," I said and smiled.

We've known each other for almost a year and we hope to meet each other. However, location is a problem.

"Who's this guy? Why isn't he leaving the party??"

"I'll ask him."

[All] xJilly : hey, JunKy. can you please leave party?

"I think that guy afking. Leave party and reform, Vinc."

"Okay, boss."

[System] xJilly has joined the party.

[System] MageV has joined the party.

"Which boss you wanna go first? The usual dailies?"

"Up to you, Jil. You're the boss."

After we finished bossing, we met that guy again.

[All] JunKy : hey, jilly and mage

[All] JunKy : sorry i was afking just now

[All] xJilly : uhh its okay, jun :)

[All] JunKy : do u guys boss daily?

"Jil I'll go sleep first. Work. See you tomorrow~ Good night, don't sleep too late."

"Alright. Night, Vinc~"

[All] xJilly : yeah, we boss daily

[All] xJilly : except when either one of us is busy, then we will solo

[All] JunKy : i see... mind if i join ur dailies?

Hah?? This guy wants to join?? Hmm.. I'm sure Vinc wouldn't mind. Well, the more people in party, the more bosses we can down.

I heard loud noises outside the house which woke me up from my beauty sleep, so I've decided to take a look.

"Oh? Someone's moving in next door," I thought to myself.

"Ouch!" I shouted as something dropped onto my toe

"Sorry, miss! Are you alright?! Were you injured?!"

"I-i'm fine! Just hurts a little!"

"We have to treat it!"

"I don't have first aid kit at home."

"Come in my room."

"Hah?!"

The guy princess-carried me into his room.

"W-w-what?!"

He ignored me and continue to search through boxes for boxes.

"Found it!" He sounded so happy.

"Sorry, the workers were careless. Let me treat your wound."

"Err.. t-thanks..."

"I'm Vincent. What's yours?"

"Umm... Jilly. Just Jil is enough."

"... Jilly?"

"Yea. Jil. Anything wrong with that?"

"I'm done treating your wound. By the way, do you perhaps know a game called FriendStory?"

"Wow. Is this fate, Jil?" He said as he smirked.
