Chunin Exams Part 4: They Blossomed

Keiko POV

Sakura and I were watching over Naruto and Sasuke... They weren't doing so well. Sasuke collapsed shortly after Orochimaru left. Sakura was watching over them, she was exhausted I could tell, almost asleep...

"It's okay Sakura, I'll keep watch. You rest up," I said reassuringly.
"No, it's okay. I got this," she said.

I sighed as she's tiring herself out. To be honest I was hell of a wreck as well, I wanted to sleep, lay down, but not when two of my friends are....

"Some lookout you're half asleep," someone said.

I shot up and turned around to find three ninja...

"At least you don't have to keep watch anymore..." one of them said. "At least we don't have to find you anymore, wake Sasuke up... we want to fight him."

Sound ninja,  this was no good. Sakura and I were in no position to fight. One female, two guys with one with bandages all over his face and a something fuzzy on his back.We were both tired... Sakura had a look of fury, she would do anything to protect Sasuke...

"What do you want? I mean what do you really want? I know Orochimaru is calling shots from the shadows." Sakura said.

The dude with the bandages growled.

"What's that strange bruise on the back of Sasuke's neck? You're behind that too aren't you? And now, you wanna fight him when he can't defend himself!" Sakura stated.
"Sakura, don't get so heated, calm down," I said.
"How can I calm down!" She shouted

"What in the world could he be thinking?" The dude mumbled.

I squinted my eyes....
"Sakura, be aware of anything," I said.
"Got it," she responded.

"I can't stay quiet after hearing you talk to us like that, first I'm gonna kill this pinkette, oh I might spare the brunette though she's quite cute, and then I'm gonna kill Sasuke," the other male sound ninja said.
He stood up from the rock he was on.

Sakura and I look at him angrily, there's no way we're gonna let them kill us or Sasuke...

"Wait Zaku, it's so obvious this is the color of dirt that's been recently dug up," the bandaged up ninja said.

Wtf, why was he so interested in the dirt.

"And this kind of grass doesn't grow in a place like this," he stated.

Sakura gritted her teeth... no way, did she set up a trap. AND I DIDN'T KNOW DAMMIT SAKURA.

"You know if you're gonna lay a trap, the point is that it's actually hidden..." he said
"HA, you're just a joke pinkette even you're partner looks surprised there," the ninja who goes by Zaku said.

Sakura's eye were widened, those ninja are good...

"Now... we kill them,"

They jumped towards us...

Sakura smirked, are you kidding me around trap, when did she have the time to set all these up, when i was looking out... Jesus. 

"Wait a log? WATCH OUT!" The bandaged ninja warned him comrades. "Nice try little girl,"

In and instant he broke the log, that was falling on them...

Sakura and I gasped...

"Clearly, you have no talent as a ninja," they were too close.
"SAKURA!" I yelled out and sprang in front of her.
