A Lover's Good Bye

They followed Lewis through several corridors and passed a few rooms, they were getting close now to the docking bay. Everyone knew the plan, they would have to strike quickly and get out quicker so they wouldn't be captured again. They came to the door that lead to the docking bay, Lewis looked through the window and saw that the bay was completely empty. "I have a bad feeling about this" Lewis said. He bagan to look closer at the walls, the other doors ans even the ship, he couldn't see anything. "I don't see anything!" Replyed Jaidyn. "That's the point, a ship with no one in the docking bay, not a single one". "He's right, I have played enough games to know that this is just asking for trubble" stated Jess. The ship was silent except for the sound of the huge engines and thrusters that were in the background. Lewis could hear shouting in the distance. "Stay here, I'll be back in a second and if anything happens, stick to the plan and leave".

He followed the noise down a small corridor nearby amd it lead him to a dead end. As he walked closer to the dead end he was able to hear the shouting and make out words. "This one has some strength to it", "quick, get the table ready!", "push it off and roll it onto the pile!". As he walked he saw a door and peered in. He saw blood all over the ground, surgical equipment with blood in them, a pile of dead people covered in holes and cuts in the corner of the room. One alien had someone on the floor who was just sedated, the other pick up one of the dead people, with one hand opened a shoot in the wall and then pushed the body down it and then closed it.

He stood back from the door with a gut wrenching feeling inside of him, he then heared one say to the other, "Help me get him up on the table will you". Lewis knew that he had to stop them from harvesting whoever this was. Suddenly three more aliens entered through an unseen door," now you show up, not much use now, we have him under control no thanks to you", "We were bussy with the trap in the docking bay, but as it would seem, you don't need us". "Well since your here you can give me a hand". A cold, small hand touched the side of Lewis's shoulder, he jumped back in fright and truned towards his presumed death. "Kasey, what the fuck", "What are you looking at?". "They have someone and their about to start harvesting their stem cells, we need to stop them but now there's five. It's too riskey. "It's two agains five, I like those odds" Kasey smirked. "Fine but we have to wait for the right time, we can't just burst in". "Ok".

They looked through the window, the alien grabbed the legs and the other grabbed the arms and lifted the person onto the table. Lewis and Kasey looked in disbelief as they had finally found Mitchell. Kasey nearly shouted and jumped up to try and get into the room, Lewis wrapped his left arm around her arms and his right covered her mouth. He pulled her to the ground so they wouldn't give their location away. Kasey squirmed and bit his hand, he let go and grabbed her hand as she stood up to look through the window. "Kasey they will see you!", "I don't care they have Mitchell, we have to get him out". "If they see us they will call the others and then we will all be harvested as well, we will get him back but we have to be careful about it. They saw that he wasn't sedated but he was only paralysed, he could move his eyes and his mouth.

Mitchell looked around with fear in his eyes, he couldn't move. The alien that gave the orders wore an apron of somekind that was coverwd in blood, he walked over to the tray and picked up a strange looking device with a long metal cylinder attached to it. It grabbed it by the bottom of it and the device started to rotate, this was some kind of drill used to get to center of the bone where the most  concentrated amount of stem cells are. Mitchell saw the drill coming towards him but couldn't move, it got closer and closer. Mitchell tryed to move and but struggled to move his head, two of the other aliens grabbed his shoulders so he couldn't move any more. He truned away from it but it didn't dull the pain of the sharp blades rotating so fast it was just a blur. He shouted in pain as it slowly peirced his skin and then went deeper in to his neck, blood gushed out fron the hole it made. He screamed in agony as the drill went deeper and deeper then finaly hitting one of his vertebra, Mitchell shook as the drill shredded the nerves attached to his neck all the while screaming in agony as it bone.

The alien stopped drilling and then pulled the drill from his neck leaving blood to gush out. He walked over to the tray and grabbed out a needle that resembled the one used on Lewis. He plunged it into the hole in Mitchell's neck, he pushed it deeper and deeper while shouting at the guards to hold him still. He drew out the stem cells he needed and pulled the needle out. After the needle was out he could still feel the pain of the
Large needle pearcing his neck.

Mitchell looked through the the window still in agony and could see Kasey and Lewis, kasey and Mitchell looked at each other, Kasey was in tears and nearly about to burst the door down and run in. She knew just as well as Mitchell that if they were to escape, they would have to leave him there as he would slow them down. "We have to help him". She cryed. An explosion went off in the distance and the alarms went off and flashed red. The others were under attack and they knew this. Mitchell mouthed the words "you have to go". Kasey's eyes were so filled with tears that she nearly couldn't see, she and shook her head and wispered NO to him. Tears ran down Mitchell's cheek as he was still in pain and knew he would not make it, he mouthed "you have to, they will get you, please leave me and go", he looked at Lewis and told him to take Kasey and go before they get cought. As hard as this was, Lewis and Mitchell knew this had to be done if they wanted to leave but Kasey wouldn't leave. Lewis slowly grabbed Kasey and picked her up in his arms, he told her to say her goodbyes. They locked eyes, Mitchell told Kasey "I will always love you Kasey, goodbye". Through her tears Kasey managed to say "I will always love you too Mitchell, I will never forget you". Another explosion went off and they had to leave at this point or they might not make it.

Half way there he put Kasey down and together they went to the door at the docking bay. They looked through and saw that aliens were shooting at the ship and there was no one in the bay. "They got on the ship but now were under fire, we have to get on and get out of here!" Kasey stated. "WE, have to get on first, Kasey "get ready for a gun fight because now we get one. When we get in there hide begind the cargo and I'll through the grenade bomb thing and that will take most of them out, then we can finish them off together for Mitchell". Kasey agreed and they snuck in and Lewis threw the bomb, it went off killing several aliens, three of them remained. Lewis shot one in the head sending blood splattering along the wall, the other one was shot by Kasey straight through the chest bursting it.

The last one was shot in the arm and the stomach, the alarms were still going off at this point but there was no one left in the bay. They ran to the ship and with a hiss the door opened and extended to the ground revealing Christine and Jaidyn. They ran into the ship and the door closed behind them, "thanks for waiting for us" Lewis shouted. "We can't leave, we don't know how to, we can't even turn the thing on!" Stated Jaidyn.
