"So where are we going to find one"? "We need to find somewhere that they would store things". Ellen walked over to the blueprint and began looking for a store room. "Would it be in like a maintenance bay?" She asked. "Yea probably, did you find it"? He asked eagerly. "I think so, if I am reading this properly it should be on the floor above us". "Ok lets go". They jogged towards the stairs and ran up them, "jease I hate stairs" Lewis said as he huffed at the top of them. "You just crash landed an alien ship and your complaining about stairs"? "Well yea, I was secretly loving it, except for the whole  taken and nearly killed thing, but I really hate stairs!" He smirked. "I knew you enjoyed it a little too much!" She shouted as they continued towards the maintenance bay. "It was and still is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to me!" He replyed with an joyous tone.

They continued down the corridors and kept talking along the way. "Could you imagine what humanity could learn from this ship, how much this technology could advance us. The possibilities are endless, we've only brushed the surface of what this small ship could do!" He told her eagerly. "Calm down, it falling to pieces after the landing", "we can still learn alot from it though". "I guess your right" she replyed. Soon enough they had gotten to the maintenance bay, the door openes to reveal a large room with row upon row filled with some sort of storage containers of various sizes. "Well, where is it then nerd?" "How the hell am I supposed to know, I don't even know what it's called so I have no clue where to start. "This is going to take ages to find", "Well we better start looking then". "How do we even start?" Asked Ellen. "By process of elimination, we need to eliminate the containers where it won't be and from there the search will be alot smaller". They went down each row looking and eliminating the larger containers then searching the smaller one.

They came across a small container and when they opened it, it contained several small devices of variois shapes and colours. "I think I found something?" Shouted Ellen. Lewis ran over to her and looked into the container. He pulled out the broken device and looked for another one, he saw blue, red, green and even purple devices but no yellow ones. Ellen closed it but just as she had Lewis saw a small glimps of yellow at the bottom of it, under all the others. "Wait, open it back up I saw something", she did so and he looked at the bottom and ruffaged through it, he found one, a yellow device the same as the broken one. "Ok now we need to go back and place this on the pannel" he stated. They ran back to the control room and replaced the device. The pannel hummed even louder as the lights turned on one by one, the pannel powered up and now they were able to look through the ships mainframe to see if they're able to fix the time problem.

Lewis accessed the mainframe and delved deeper and deeper searching for the answer. He came across a file which contained the schematics for a small machine that was able to create a time field that could either slow or speed up time. With this information they would be able to fix their problem, and return time back to normal. "Did you find something that can fix this?" ,"I think so, this should be it". He looked more and
Figured out a away to turn the machine off. Ellen watched him as he quickly typed on the controls, looking back and forth as he looked from them to the pannels. A beep went off and then he released a heavy breath as he leaned back in the chair, "that should be it, I think it's done," He said. They ran out of the ship towards the others along side the school, several screams were able to heared as they ran towards the people standing along the footpath. "Ha, it worked" shouted Chelsea in the distance. "Everything's back to normal" shouted Jess.

One person from the footpath Pointed towards the smoking ship wreackage and shouted "What the hell is that!", everyone looked at each other not really knowing what to say, they couldn't exactly say it was an alien ship that was flown from space and then crashed into the school, after they has all been abducted and nearlly died". What were they supposed to say, "Don't worry about it, it's not going anywhere!" Replyed Chelsea with a chuckle in her voice. Everyone either had a quiet laugh to themself or just gave her a death stare. Everyone except a few had escaped, and time was restored, they went up against overwhelming odds and had succeeded despite everything.

Everything seemed to be perfect as the aray of orange and yellow hues of the setting sun danced over the mountain ranges in the distance, the blue lights lit up the area where they rested and tryed to process what happened to them. The sharp stabbing pain returned to Lewis's head once more, he clutched his head and fell to his knees in the crushed granite of the lunch area. Everyone stopped and imediately turned to look at what was happening, he cryed out in pain as the pain surged over him throbbing like tidel waves in his mind. His group of friends rushed over to him to see if they could help,"Lewis whats wrong?" Shouted Christine. "How can we help?" Asked Jaidyn. "Yea what can we do Lewis?" They asked.

A loud familiar voise rose and shouted from the depths of his mind, "I will return, and when I do, I will harvest your entire planet. Your race will be extinguished from the universe and all records of it wiped from the face of your planet. Your cities will burn, do not worry, you will live long enough to watch this happen and you will know that you are helpless to stop it. Suddenly the pain left him and he knelt there in silence untill Christine asked what happened. "This isn't over, they'll come back and when they do, they're going to harvest the entire planet." Lewis shouted. "How do you know this?" Asked Ellen. "He told me, the captain, he somehow is able to communicate with me throught the trancelater he put on me. It was his voise I heared in my head!" "We have to warn everyone" Jess said. "Oh really, and how are we going to do that?" Asked Chelsea sarcastically," I don't know but we have to try" replyed Lewis.

"Well we might be able to fix the ship and go after him?" Asked Christine. "That won't work, he's probably already left." Replyed Lewis. "He's right, and even if we do fix it, I highly doubt that the ship will be able to with stand the vacuum of space." Stated Jaidyn. Lewis had an idea,"We need to alert the government about what happened so they can study the ship and they might be able to reverse engineer some of the technologies and develop some defensive weapons for when they return!" That's actually not a bad idea Lewis" Ellen nodded. Eventually they had gotten a police officer to the wreckage and he called someone of a higher authority then him to the school as he was in able to believe what his eyes had shown him. One by one more and more officers had shown up and by this time the stars were out and shining in all their beauty. By the morning about twenty or so officers were at the scene, they were waiting on someone from the government to arive to tell them what to do with everything.

Eventually he arrived and with him a large team that consisted of scientist's wearing white hazmat suits staring in disbelief, security guards dressed in black clothing and bullet proof helmets and jackets, and the man from the government. He was tall but scrawny looking with short brown hair, and a full black suit. He was clearly in charge and was highly regarded with alot of respect from the team he commanded. He order the officers to close down the highway that was inconviently next to the school, then put up road block so no one could enter the side street the school was located on. He the looked at the students and told them they weren't aloud to go anywhere. They had to remain for questioning, after they had all given him their statement about the events that occurred He order the ship to be taken back to head quarters to be further studied. He walked over to Lewis told him that he invaluable to the defence of the planet and has to come with them to explain in detail what had happened to him and how the device on his ear worked.

Lewis under stood this and agreed to go with them, this way it would be easier to develop technology if they could understand what they were reading. Earth needed to be ready for when they come back, if it's not, the human race will be wiped out. Lewis gazed at the early morning sky, the stars had nearly been engulfed by the sun's bright rays of light. He wispered to himself "We'll be ready for you, next time you won't take us, any of us.  For Kasey and for Mitchell, there won't be a third time.
