Fall smirked as the freed S.H.I.E.L.D. agents milled about, and freeing Thor and Loki, while a few took her sister to containment. The man that had held the blue rock was also taken away, but the little blue shards seemed so similar to the guns she had seen, something new, made of materials were not from Earth or the other realms.

There was something for Fall to think about, but at the time, she could hardly manage a thought.

Fall stopped smirking as her team started walking and talking to one another, and the cold sensation creeped up her arms as she turned and left the room. She was too tired to be visible. She did not bother to glance behind her, a hand going to her shoulder. The whole situation had caused her to run on adrenaline again, and her wounds weren't magically healed.

She pulled open her door, which had a hole blasted in the wall where a key pad use to be. Inside she and sorted through the mess of bed covers and torn up mattress, until she saw the one thing she wanted to hold-

"Runt, here boy." She said, ripping open the already-large hole that had been dug into the mattress by large claws. The animal jumped out of the hiding place, hiding its head under Fall's thin arms, and started purring, which sounded like a lawnmower. Fall hugged the beast immediately, relieved he was safe.

"Fall!" Someone called from down a hall somewhere. "Fall!" The calling sounded more distant. It sounded a lot like one of the other angels.

"One second!" Fall called over her shoulder, eyes scanning her ruined bedroom. Things were torn apart, ripped through, toppled, all a bland white color. She had nothing, but whoever had torn the room apart had been on an obvious search for something.

"Fall!" Came another call, sounding soft under ringing in Fall's head. This voice sounded deeper.

Fall ignored whoever was calling her name this time, and scratched Runt under his chin. Her vision was going black around the edges, and everything in the center of her view gained a bright pale light.

She knew she was going to pass out, but fought the feeling anyways. Her legs wouldn't move to get her to an infirmary, her arms felt like the bones had been turned into burning lead, and her head was filled with nothing but static and ringing.

The calling of her name continued down the hall. Black spots blurred Fall's vision, the red now showing on her shoulder, a dark red flower blossoming through her PJ's fabric. The blood dripping out felt cool, compared to how hot her body suddenly flushed.

Fall gave a small pitiful laugh, tearing, slumping forwards over her pet. The beast made a noise almost like a mewl, with Runt curling up and supporting her the best it could.

"You are such a good boy, Runt." She cooed, petting him until she was surrounded by the dark spots, her head swimming, and finally closed her eyes. Just one second...
