Chloe's pov
"We will get you settled in once we get you packed" Henry said and walked away.
No one talked after that it was just dead silence.
After the dinner we had Dan packed my stuff. I was gonna do it but Dan said I should talk to Henry.
"Henry" I said and he turned around.
"Hey kiddo" he said and smiled
"What's wrong" I said
"Green Stone was evies pack" he said
"Oh... Henry I can pick a different pack.." I said
"No kiddo that pack is the one you want. Your going even if I have to drag you there. You never doubt your gut kid" he said and smiled and I nodded
"Okay" I said and smiled
My phone started to ring so I got up and answered it.
Me- hello
Amanda- chloe I need your help
Me- whats wrong
Amanda- technically I'm fine. But chief on the other hand..
Me- what he hell happened Amanda
Amanda- he was kidnapped we have been working on this huge case and chief is the closest person to cracking this case I can explain more you need to get here fast.
Me- I'll be there soon
I hung up and I looked at Henry.
"Your gonna have to hold off on me going I have something more important to do" I said
"What" he said
"Someone I care about was kidnapped and I need to go back home and take care of it" I said
"How long will you be" Dan said walking out
"I don't know I'm not sure yet" I said and they nodded
"I have to go" I said and I ran to my truck and turned it on.
"Your clothes!" Dan said
"I'll borrow some of my friends I have to leave right now" I said and sped off.
I got back to canada by 2 in the morning and I got to the FBI building and ran in.
"Chloe?" Someone said
"Where is Amanda" I said
"Confrence room they have been working non stop" he said and I nodded I ran to the conference room and everyone looked at me.
"Fill me in now" I said
"Lawrence Alonzo 35 years old has sold many weapons but this one it's dangerous just as dangerous as a nuclear bomb." Amanda said
"Ben Williams 29 years old is the buyer now the weapon has not been made yet but they are in pieces they are missing two important pieces and chief knows where they are when they found out he knew they kidnapped him and just two hours ago they got one piece like I said chief is the only person who knows the other piece him and well of course make them but the piece is rare chief said that we needed you he was gonna call soon and ask for your help but we knew we needed to do it now since he was taken he said you would for sure say yes once you saw these men" Amanda said and I looked at the file and opened it and my blood was boiling.
"Impossible" i said and threw the file down.
"Who are they" Amanda said
"For one their names aren't Ben and Lawrence they are fake names and they aren't building a nuclear weapon" I said
"Then what is it" Amanda said
"They are cartel leader one of my old cases I ran into them it was one I went undercover for chief knows them too but they look slightly different so I'm guessing they changed their faces and he wanted to make sure it was them they are big and major cartel leaders but they are so low key no one knows about them except for the buyers" I said
"Then why do they have such dangerous parts to build something like a nuclear bomb?" Amanda said
"Have they taken anything from where the nuclear codes are kept?" I said
"No" Amanda said
"Then it's not nothing nuclear it's just a simple weapon like a rifle" I said
"Then why would they take the chief" Amanda said
"Because chief killed bens brother and they want revenge that's why they changed their names their original names were Layton and Bradie" I said
"Criminals make the mistake of leaving their first initial and last names all the time that's why it's so obvious" I said
We worked on the case for 2 hours until I finally understood what chief knew.
"Oh my god" I said
"What" Amanda said
"I have to go" I said and I ran out and got in my truck and drove to the location.
'I need your help fast' I linked Henry
'What is it kiddo' he said
'They are werewolves the person that was kidnapped my chief they wanted to take over the FBI agency they were planning to take it over and then head on to kill the prime minister of canada move to washington D.C. and kill the president and take over canada and the U.S. they took my chief because he knows where the prime minister lives and has the key codes to the gates' I linked
'Well holy shit I'll be there with Dan he will catch your scent' he linked
I got to the nearest woods and pulled over and got out and ran into the woods and shifted into my fur. Landing on my feet I kept running and I found an abandon building.
I slowed down and sniffed around and caught chiefs scent. He smelled like nothing but cigars and cologne I could never get him to stop I swear he stunk up his whole office with those.
I listened in and I heard voices.
"Where the hell is he" someone said
"I told you I don't know" I recognized his voice it was chief.
"YOU'RE LYING TELL US WHERE THE HELL HE IS AND WHERE THE HE'LL MY WIFE IS!" a pang of anger flew threw my whole body. Oliver.
That was the very last straw.
