Chloe's pov 

''a burger place'' kat said 

''not just any burger place this is dexter's burger house they make the biggest burger ever and they put any and everything into your burger'' i said 

''like?'' gracie said 

''i saw this guy get crawfish in his burger once'' i said 

''gross'' manda said 

''come on guys i promise you will love this'' i said and we walked into the burger place and i saw ian.

''ian hey'' i said and smiled 

''chloe hey! havent seen you in a while'' he said 

''yeah i moved to alaska'' i said and smiled 

''aw bummer.'' he said 

''who's your friends'' he said 

I introduced everyone to ian. Ian knows me because every time i come here he serves me so we became friends. He's actually another person who helped me i came here every time oliver would beat me.

''ill go get a bigger table for you ready'' he said and smiled 

''thank you'' i said 

''who is that guy'' alex said 

''a very nice guy that i have known for a few years'' i said 

''how do you know him'' soph said 

''i came here alot'' i said and smiled 

''table is ready'' ian said and smiled and he walked us to our table and we ordered our drinks.

''so the mark what did he say after he saw all your memories'' alex said and i spit out my drink.

''excuse me'' i said

''you didnt know'' gracie said 

''NO!'' i yelled 

''did you do something wrong?'' andrew said

''no'' i sighed

''what do you mean he saw my memories'' i said 

''he saw them and he felt every bit of it thats what makes the mate bond so strong'' manda said

''ready to order'' ian said and smiled 

''yes'' i said changing the subject..

We all ordered and they didnt bring up the mark again. Thank god. 

''THOSE ARE THE BURGERS'' lee yelled 

''yes'' i said and laughed 

Here is the thing about dexter's burgers the burgers are huge and i wasnt kidding they are as big as your elbow up to your tallest finger if not bigger.

''you ate this!'' manda said 

''every last bite'' i said 

We cut into our burgers and started eating which took about an hour.

''oh my god i am so full'' soph said 

''no kidding'' alex said 

''alright time to head home'' i said and smiled i paid for the check and we hit the road.

Once we got home it was already 6:47.

''thanks for the amazing day and getting us out of our comfort zones'' manda said 

''yeah austin is a lucky guy'' andrew said 

''thanks drew'' i said and smiled 

''hey guys where have you been all day'' noah said walking to us 

''we went sky diving!'' soph said and smiled 

''without me!'' noah said 

''sorry colbalt. where is austin'' i said 

''oh. um he's busy'' he said changing his whole mood.

''austin is never bu-'' noah punched alex's arm before he could finish.

''whats going on noah'' i said 

''up in his office.'' noah said and i walked away and he grabbed my arm.

''hey im sorry for what you went through.'' he said and i sighed and i walked away knowing it was the mark that gave austin all that information. I mean he knew about it just never in detail. I got to his office and i saw him sitting down looking out the window.

''im sorry you went through that chloe..'' he said and i looked down

''austin why didnt you tell me'' i said 

''tell you what'' he said 

''that you could see and feel my memories'' i said 

''i wasnt thinking about it'' he said i closed the door and i sat on his lap.

''im sorry you had to see that.'' i said 

''i want to kill him for hurting you'' he said 

''hey look at me'' i said 

''thats all over now okay i have you'' i said and smiled 

''chloe.. he burned you.. he raped you.. he cut you.. he did so many things i dont even know how you survived..'' he said and i saw the tears form in his eyes.

''i did'' i said and i smiled 

''i dont even know how you are letting me touch you chloe'' he said 

''i made a promise to never give up on love austin i never break my promises'' i said 

''i love you'' he said and i looked at him.

''what'' i said 

''i love you chloe i mean it. i mean it with every single fiber in my body i fucking love you'' he said and i smiled 

''i love you too austin'' i said and smiled and i gave him a kiss.

''im gonna let you finish up here im gonna go see my mom'' i said and smiled 

''okay beautiful'' he said and smiled i walked out of his office and into her room and sat next to her.

''hey lady bug'' she said and smiled 

''gosh how i have missed you'' i said and hugged her and she held me tight and i started to cry.

''what is it clo'' she said 

''i spent eleven years thinking you were dead mom i saw them rip into you and when i became this i was scared i was scared you and dad would never approve of me of how i became a monster like the guys that killed you'' i said and cried and she wiped my tears.

''you are not a monster chloe never have been and never will be you were my pride in joy my whole heart my everything chloe when they told me they killed you i never got over it. i was broken for years on end when chief told me you were alive i was nothing but happy and excited to see you again.'' she said and i smiled 

''i love you mom'' i said and she smiled

''i love you too clo'' she said and i layed in her arms as she ran her fingers through my hair and i fell into a deep sleep..
