'Live life in happiness', they say
'Enjoy before life takes your breath away'
But what? What should I enjoy?
When life's just a big killjoy!
Take away all the happiness, that's life's job
And like a depression snob,
It admires it's work of sadness and dejection
And not of complexions,reflections or perfection.
But can I let all this be?
No. I think somebody up there loves me,
'Cuz life so far ain't got nothing on me!
And I'm not the only fish in this sea
Who's felt this way,
And knows that Rome wasn't built in a day;
That happiness comes with a long wait,
And that it sure is written in my fate.

Hello again, guys! So I've updated and this poem here was written when I was feeling extremely down due to this terrible let-down by life.. What I meant to say here is , how much ever life pulls you down and gives you hardships and sadness, always know that happiness will come to you eventually.. So always believe !! Because life isn't that cruel to let you through all that sadness for nothing 😉.. And don't forget; there will be a rainbow 🌈 after every storm!!!!
