Taehyung likes catching up with people, since he is quite the curious and friendly person. Thus, late night calls would totally be his kind of thing. He wouldn't care if you were tired-- he would keep calling you until you picked up. He'd talk to you until you saw the sunrise, or until you fell back asleep... whichever came first.

Yoongi would ring you whenever he had something burdening him. It wouldn't be an everyday occurrence, or even a common occurrence. It'd probably be when you least expected it, but when he most needed it (either when he was having personal problems or when he needed inspiration). Yet, the call would only ever end after his voice became too hoarse to talk.

Jimin would probably be reluctant to call you, because he'd think you'd get mad at him for waking you up. But... that wouldn't stop him from doing it. If he missed you, or was just feeling lonely in general, he'd want to be able to hear your voice. He'd ask about your day and want you to just rant about anything, so that he could be distracted from his feelings of missing you.

Jin usually would want for you to have your precious beauty sleep, but he wouldn't be able to stop himself from calling you if he felt distressed. If he was worried about work or was feeling especially sad about something, he probably wouldn't even be able to sleep before talking to you about it and getting reassured by some calming words.

Hoseok is a chatty guy, so he'd want to have someone he could freely pour all of his feelings out to at any given time. Though, since he himself doesn't fancy getting woken up, he might not do it often. If he ended up calling you, it'd be a conversation where he spoke for ninety percent of the time while you listened to all of his jumbled thoughts.

Jungkook doesn't actually put off the image that he'd enjoy talking on the phone; therefore, I don't think he'd be inclined to do it. Only if he was lying in bed thinking about you and couldn't wait until the morning to talk to you would he call you up. He'd probably be giggly and a bit out of it from being tired, but you two would have fun chatting the night (well, morning) away.

Namjoon is really considerate of others' schedules and desires, so he'd probably refrain from ringing. Although he would desperately want to have someone to just be able to babble all of his late night thoughts to, he wouldn't want to interrupt your sleep. You would have to be the one to call him first, because he'd probably never do it himself.
