Taehyung appears to have turned into an animal lover, with the new acquiring of his puppies. It would probably be his empathy towards them that would influence a switch towards vegetarianism. I think it would be hard for him, and he may longingly stare at the meat entrees on the table, but having a clear conscience for him would prevail.

Yoongi doesn't seem to have a huge, uncompromising preference over what he puts into his body, so I don't think having meat or not having it would be a dealbreaker. In fact, he'd probably be fine with whatever food his s/o bought or made, just because he wouldn't feel the need to take the time to cook for himself. He might miss meat, but I don't think he'd fight for it.

Jimin, apparently, loves meat. That claim seems believable, based on all of the aegyo that he is willing to readily dish out whenever the boys are given meat as a prize. Although, there is another side to Park Jimin: the dieting side. He probably would believe that eating meat was too high-calorie, and would (temporarily or permanently) quit in order to shed a few pounds.

Hoseok could probably go either way. He gives the impression that he likes sticking to what he knows -- and meat is what he's grown up with and what he's used to. I don't think he'd exactly want to become vegetarian, but if he, perhaps, were convinced that it would benefit him in some way, he'd end up doing it. His tastebuds may cry a bit, though.

Jungkook is a man with a big stomach. He just likes eating. While there are vegetarian dishes that can be considerably filling, they likely wouldn't appeal to him as much. Considering the fact that he has literally eaten six packages of ramen in one sitting, it would probably be hard for him to feel full without being able to have some meat in his life.

Namjoon seems to really enjoy meat... poultry and red meat alike. In all likelihood, a turn to vegetarianism would probably occur because of the ethical debate over eating meat. Either the morality debate over the conditions in farms and factories, or the more philosophical one about whether or not it is fair to take life from another living creature.

Jin is the King of Food. He loves to cook, and he loves to eat. More specifically, he likes to try a little bit of everything. It would be impossible to sample everything, if meat were off limits. Therefore, it'd probably be very, very difficult for Jin to be vegetarian. He wouldn't be satisfied with his meals, after a while, and food would lose the pizzaz that it once had for him.
