"Hey, how can I help you?" you said through a wide smile to the attractive stranger standing on the other side of the counter.  He looked so lost, but oh so gorgeous.  The way he looked off into the distance while sucking in his cheeks during deep thought was pretty attractive, in your eyes.

"Um, yeah," he started while scratching his head awkwardly, "I kind of... need to rent a car."  He lingered on the last syllable for a second, as if he wasn't quite sure if that was what he wanted to say.  Then he nodded slowly, deciding that what he said would have to suffice.

"Well, I would assume, I mean you are at a place called Rent-A-Car, talking to a sales representative," you teased with a slight giggle.

He replied, "Okay, yeah, I see where I went wrong with my approach.  I want to rent a car.  For one day.  Today.  And I want to return it tomorrow.  Because I only need it for today.  One day.  Right now."

"I hope you don't get offended, because I'm actually mandated to do this, but are you under the influence?"

"What?  Do I sound drunk?!" he gasped in disbelief in response to your question.  Well, the answer was no.  He didn't sound drunk, just a bit awkward.  "Also, is that really a customary thing to ask?!  I hope that you would assume that all people renting out cars are perfectly sober!"

"Okay, okay," you admitted, "so that's not actually a thing I have to ask.  Really, I just wanted to see how flustered you would get."  You couldn't help but smile at the guy as his face turned from the sweet honey color it naturally was to a light shade of red.  "But, one thing I do have to ask is... what car do you want?"

He paused for a moment, seeming as if he wasn't prepared for that question.  What else could he expect from a rental car dealership, though?  After much deliberation, he stuck out his beautifully-carved index finger to the right, pointing at something behind you.  "I want that red one?"

"The Chevy?" you questioned.

"Ah, yes.  Je-vy," he confirmed in an accent that you hadn't even noticed before the pronunciation of that word.  You thought it was charming, but you weren't able to place it to a specific country.  He looked Asian, but you didn't want to base anything off of stereotypes.

"Okay, okay. We can do that, yes," you said, "May I ask where you're from?  Or, perhaps, what your first language is, if you speak more than one?"  You felt like you were asking questions that might have been a bit too personal for a stranger, but you truly were merely curious!  The worst thing he could do is just turn around and walk out the door, but you doubted he would go that far.

"Oh is my English that poor? Well-" he began talking, before you cut him off.

"Oh!  No, no!  It's beautiful, I was only curious, because I couldn't determine where your accent was from," you interjected shyly.

He blushed a bit at your compliment, and his lips curved upward into an endearing dimpled grin.  "Actually, I am from Korea."

"What're you doing here?  A business trip?  Since you are obviously well-established, I mean just look at your fluency in English, you must be well-educated," you complimented him again.  You had no idea where this flirty confidence was even coming from, but sometimes you got bored on the job and just liked to entertain yourself by talking to the customers.

"And you must be so well-established, because you are working at a car rental place?  That's higher up than a fast food chain, correct?" he joked, making you feel more at ease.

"No, but really."

"You may not believe this, but I'm actually just here on a vacation with some friends.  We just needed a car to actually get around to places..."

"And here I was, hoping that I could show you around town!" you pouted playfully.  As you said this, you handed him the liability contract that he needed to sign for the rental car.  He swiftly read through the terms and signed a beautiful name at the bottom of the page.  Of course, even his handwriting was gorgeous.  His perfectness was sickening.

"Who said you couldn't?"
