Taehyung is a bit careless, so I wouldn't be surprised if he got caught while breaking the law. He'd probably either commit the crime in broad daylight due to not giving a crap, or he would just completely not realize how much incriminating evidence he left behind. Either way, he'd be disappointed but not surprised that he was caught.

Jin isn't very cautious, and doesn't think much before acting. He'd leave behind heaps of evidence pointing towards himself. In fact, he might even give himself away by accidentally bragging (ahem, talking, sorry) about his crime to the wrong person. He'd realize his mistake after, but it'd be too late. He might be able to use his charm to get out of it... but probably not.

Namjoon, while smart, lacks elusive qualities. He's clear with his intentions, so he wouldn't be able to hide a crime very well. He's also a bit clumsy and scatter-brained, so that wouldn't help his case either. I could see police, the boys, complete strangers walking down the street, etc. being able to notice how sketchy he looked from a mile away.

Jimin's a sweetheart, but he doesn't always know what's going on. Consequently, he wouldn't even understand the reality of the entire situation, and probably would make it easy for the police to find him. He's an easy guy to blame, so I could see him getting blamed for crimes that he didn't actually commit as well.

Hoseok can be very lowkey and chill about things went he wants to be, so I don't think people would suspect him. On the other hand, Hoseok has this habit where he gets very nervous and jumpy when the attention is on him. Hence, if someone were to accuse him, he'd begin tripping over his own tongue and end up blabbering about it.

Jungkook is a sneaky little biotch, so he'd probably be the best at evading the law. He'd probably have some elaborate crime scheme that he planned for a month in advance in his dorm, before he carried it out. The most likely way that he'd get arrested is if somebody ratted him out for it... then they're dead.

Yoongi isn't the most careful guy, but he sure is good at lying. Therefore, I think he could get caught on a security camera and be apprehended by the police, but he'd just say something like, "That's not me," and they'd have no reason to doubt him because he'd have the most serious look on his face. Then, boom, he walks free.
