That familiar smile, the familiar blonde hair, the familiar walk, "Janna?" I dropped the glass bottle onto the table and ran over to her with my arms open in a wide embrace as we came into a deep hug. God this felt weird.

"What you doing here?" i asked, as though it was my party.

"I was going to ask you that actually." She replied. "So i guess you have met my Kyle then?"

"Oh, is that his name" i laughed over the fact i didn't know. "He's perfect for you, i see he likes cats  too and when he mentioned Janna i didn't think it would actually be The Janna Bartlett. This is nuts." I was so happy. Jenna had been my best friend throughout my childhood. OK, we hadn't seen each other in a few months, it was a big deal.

She grabbed a beer and we tried to recalled everything we had missed since that last day we saw each other on Thursday the 13th of February. It was such a relief being able to see her again. I can't believe in those last few months she has moved into the same city as me and got a new boyfriend.

"So how's your dating life. Have you finally found someone who is right?" Janna asked me.

"No. Not yet." I didn't feel comfortable taking about it tonight so i decided to change the topic quickly. "What member of the band is Kyle then?"

"He plays the keyboards and backing vocals. Stay tonight and then you can hear them play. You'll love em." Janna gave a big smile just like Kyle did earlier.

"Yeah, i would love too. I'm having problems with my room mates again so i haven't been getting out much. Anything to miss going back to that room."

It was getting much later into the night so Kyle and the three other members (who had appeared from no where) walked onto the raised pathing stone that the instruments were placed on. The first guy had long brown hair. He was someone by just looking at him you could tell what his personality was like, i had a feeling he was going to play the drums.... and i was right, he was the drummer.

The second member was a fairly older looking bloke with a stubbly beard but he looked really cute and caring. He walked over to what looked like a bass guitar.

Then Kyle acting all dramatic as he pranced onto a keyboard like a cat.

Clumsily walked on was the final band member he was tall and had dark brown hair and blue eyes; which to me seemed pretty unique. He looked awkward but was rather attractive with the awkwardness. He wasn't an Abercrombie and Fitch model attractive, but more like the hot clever kid attractive. His hair was all over the place but it suited him. For some reason i couldn't take my eyes of him. I felt like i had knew him for ages. He began to sing. Life couldn't get any better right now. His voice was flawless. SNAP OUT OF IT! God! i don't even know him yet I'm dribbling over him. Why? Whats happening? This has never happened before! He was special. His voice was pulling me in to a different world.

I found myself singing along to the part of the song where it goes "Eh Oh, Eh Oh" I had only heard it about 10 seconds ago when the first chorus was on yet i found myself singing it, almost word for word. Like i new  it or had written it. But i hadn't written it, what was i thinking?

My mind began swirling. Too much alcohol i think.

Oh, i'm dying, no i don't want to die. Being drunk really messes with my mind.

I turned around to Janna and tapped her on her shoulder. She turned to me and noticed my pale face. "I'm dying" I whaled. Just like that, my life was beginning to be over.

"Oh, they're great aren't they" She didn't take my last words seriously.

With that i fell to the ground.
