Chapter 21 ~ getting prepared

Natsus POV

Me jellal and Jude were thinking of ways to sort out the plane that is going to head over to London. We have other military members coming too which is a great big help but all we are worried about is getting prepared. 'I'm confused' I said and jellal and Jude just stared at me confused.

'Why?' They asked and I just stared at the plane blueprints in confusion.

'How is it going to fly?' I asked and Jude laughed.

'Natsu, we have ways to make gas for the cars and planes, lots of ways no need to worry' Jude explained and I just nodded with response still confused but, I won't question him anymore

Grays pov

I'm with a whole group of engineers which is awesome so much more quicker to work. We've done over 50 weapons and it's just been a week. I taught them how to make watch trackers and adjusted things on the large screen so it's more quicker to make track of every soldier taking off to London with us.

'Hey gray, how many guns do we need to make now?'

'25' I replied and one of the soldiers nodded and quickly got to work, I then checked on how the bullets were going on and I gave some engineers hints on how to make creative bullets for guns. 'Hey you guys are doing great, keep up the hard work' I said and they all whooped making me laugh.

Gajeels POV

Me and some new recruits were training with Erza teaching us how to be quick in battle, how to use a sword and gun etc. I'm gonna miss the people here, it's gonna be depressing. We have a week left till me and the other guys set off.

'Gajeel you scared?' One of the soldiers asked, he was young, just older than Romeo, I shrugged and chuckled holding his shoulders like a father.

'I've been scared for ten years and still am now, but we are going to find a cure, and we are so close into making it. Just put on a brave face even though your shitting yourself inside' I said making him laugh and I laughed.

'Thanks man' he said and we both gist bumped and carried on training.

Jellals POV

Me and natsu are showing the engineers the plane details and they all looked through it. 'So the plane is already built, it just needs to be adjusted and stronger in able to fly, it should take the rest of this week to finish, also it needs gas, let's hope you guys know what to do' I instructed and they all looked at us and nodded.

'Jellal' natsu said and I looked at him

'Yeh'

'Do you really think there's a cure?'

'No'

'Then why are we going?'

'Because there might be a cure' I said confusing the pink haired idiot even more and walked off back to Jude's office

'You really make no sense' he said making me laugh as he followed behind me back to the office.

Lucy's POV

I'm outside since I haven't got anything to do, Romeo is walking with me too. Everyone is so sad and lonely. Even though they are surrounded by each other, it's still lonely because they have lost someone special to them. Seeing the babies really break my heart, crying their eyes out. 'I feel so sorry for them' I said and Romeo just looked around and sighed.

'Nothing we could do, it was that idiotic scientist' he made me chuckle at that and we carried on walking around. There were people on a microphone praying I don't think I believe, god would have stopped this pain but then it was a man made mistake so I guess he wants us to learn from it. 'Lucy zombies are attracted to sound, they can't hear this can they?' Romeo asked a really clever question. Let's hope. I looked up at the tall wall and shook it off.

'The wall is over 150 ft tall...let's just hope' I said and we walked closer to the mansions front door. The microphone seemed to get louder which made my heartbeat faster.

No ones pov

Romeo was right, the zombies could hear the prays and suddenly smelt the fresh blood of the survivors, they ran and smashed their decomposed bodies onto the wall not knowing they were all piling on top of each other trying to get over to eat the fresh living behind the wall.

Romeos POV

Me and Lucy stood by the door and could hear faint growls of hunger 'please let that be your stomach' Lucy said and I looked up and saw the zombies coming over the top.

'NO THEY ARE COMING OVER THE WALL'..................

I hope you liked this chapter, it's quite short but I did that for a reason lool.
This book is nearly done maybe like ten or so chapters left, maybe less.
