"But you have to stay here... I don't trust you enough..you might go tell someone about what we do.."

Laika glares towards me.

"Fine! What room do I stay in."

I point to the extra room. We used it before for a storage room but we didn't need it anymore. Laika nods and pulls a wand with snakes carved in it. She quickly flicks the wand, a purple spark flies out quickly but disappears. The room instantly transforms into a room full of potions and books. She smiles at me and flounces inside it.

I turn towards Reece. She smiles and shrugs,

"shes cool I swear.."
I sit on the couch and lean back into the scratchy fabric.

"You've only known her for a day Reece..you trust people to easily"

She shakes her head.

"No you just have trust issues because of -"

I clamp my hand over her mouth.

"Don't say her name Reece.. "

she nods and pulls away. 

"Sorry I know your still hurt"

I sigh and look out the small window at the trees.

"yeah still hurt"
