Ok there is a message this time. When I say Gilinsky and Johnson I am referring to the Jacks. I really have no idea if that's how you spell their last names, but I'm just going to keep it like that.

Gracie's POV:

I got home around noon. My mother is on a business trip, as always. My father is also working. They're both lawyers and sometimes I wonder if they even remeber that they have children. My younger brother, Tommy, and I have a nanny whose name is Sarah. She practically raised us, and is still rasing us. My parents love us. but they weren't made to be parents. They were made to make money, and that's all they do. Sarah spots me walking from the window and rushes outside to greet me. "Gracie! I was so worried about you! Why didn't you call me?!" She wraps me in her arms and it takes everything I have not to start sobbing. Sarah had lived with my family since I was born, she was twenty. She had a rough childhood, she was physically abused by her father and verbally abused by her mother. When she was my age, child protective services brought her to her grandmother, who cared for Sarah until she passed away. After that my family saw an ad she had put in the paper looking for work, and she has been iwht us ever since. She is the closest thing I've ever had to a sister. She understands me in a way that not even Allie or Emmie can. "I'm sorry. The party was boring so we left early, and my phone died." I look down at my feet. I hate lying to her. She pulls me inside and tells me to take a shower and we can talk after. I come downstairs clean and in new clothes about half and hour later. Sarah gives me a long look. "It's fine if something happened last night. I'm not your mother, I'm not going to punish you or tell you that you're better than that. If you heard some of the things I did as a sophmore I'm sure you'd have your mother fire me." I laugh a little. I can trust Sarah. Emmie doesn't need to know that I'm bringing this up again. I tell her all about Balke, how wasted I was, and the beautiful boy I met. The only thing I leave out is what happened to Emmie. That's her story to tell, not mine. Sarah smiles a little and brings me some hot mint tea. I start crying as I tell her how I don't even know what happened between us. She send me to bed with my tea, telling me not to worry and that everything will work itself out. I pray she is right.

Emmie's POV:

When I get home I receive a text from Allie. Magcon was delayed. Apparently one of the boys ran off last night, there was a fight or somthing. I don't respond. Magcon drama is literaly the least of my worries right now. I take a warm shower, dress in pajamas, drink some tea, and tuck myself into bed.

I wake up around 8 pm, feeling much more awake than I was before. My head no longer hurts and my limbs are back to normal as well. I call Gracie, she answers on the third ring. "Hello?"

"Hey Gracie. I just woke up. Do you want to go for a walk I want to talk."

"I just woke up too. I'll be over there in five minutes." She rings my doorbell and we head out towards our favorite trail. We live in a suburb of Denver. Our town is nestled in the mountains and has various hiking trails that branch out from it. Me and Gracie's favorite is called dead horse road. It's right next to a really popular trail, so no one ever goes on it. It takes you up a small mountain to a little lake. We start hiking. "I'm afraid I might be pregnant." I tell Gracie with tears pricking my eyes. "I booked a flight for Arizona just before you showed up. I'm going to stay with her until I'm all checked out by the doctor and everything looks okay." I look at Gracie sideways, fearing her reaction. She smiles. "I'm glad, Em. You need time to heal, you need time to just, get away. It's good that you're going, you need this." We hug and then she tells me she has to leave. I say goodbye to my best friend and head home.
