This Crazy Life

Chapter 9

Gracie's POV:

They all walked me to the door after our ice cream and we exchanged numbers. Allie is going to be so jealous. Taylor kissed me on the cheek. "I'll see you later," he said sweetly, walking back towards the car. I could see the other guys shoving him and raising their eyebrows. I rolled my eyes. Sarah was up waiting for me and I told her about Bart wanting to sign me on to the tour. She jumped up and down and ran over to hug me. "I'm so happy for you! I always knew you could go on to do big things, you're such a likable girl. I love you." 

"I love you too Sarah. Bart is going to call me tomorrow and get everything finalized, and then I will be an official part of Magcon! They want me to stay in the hotel with them until this trip is over." Sarah smiled at me. "Of course. This is really going to be the start of something wonderful."

Taylor's POV:

After we dropped Gracie off at her house we all traveled back to the hotel. That girl was something special. Something really special. I had only just met her, but we clicked. I love her outlook on life. I love that she isn't fake and shallow like so many other girls these days. I might just learn to love this girl some day. 

"So, Taylor. I bet you're happy that Gracie will be part of the family from now on." Hayes said while wiggling his eyebrows. I punched him in the arm. "I saw the way you were looking at her too little dude. Don't be a cock." They laugh at me. 

After we've all had some fun messing around and making videos in the hotel, I go back to the room I share with the Jacks, Hayes, and Aaron, and tuck myself into bed. I fall asleep, Gracie's beautiful face dancing on my eyelids.

Gracie's POV:

I wake up early the next morning and receive a call from an unknown number. "Hello?"

"Hi, Gracie? It's Bart. I was wondering if we could meet up and discuss some things about you signing on with Magcon." 

"Oh of course. Do you want Sarah and I to meet you at the hotel in about an hour?"

"That sounds fantastic!" We say our goodbye's and hang up. I can't believe this is actually happening. My life is going to change. It's going to be great. I inform Sarah of Bart and I's conversation and we get ready to leave. 

At the hotel, I see Bart sitting in the Lobby along with two other men that I don't recognize. We sit down and he introduces them as John and Sam. Bart has a contract that needs to be signed by both Sarah and I. He goes over what it says and hands it to us, telling me that as soon as it's signed I should come stay here until the end of this trip. We sign it, and I am officially a part of Magcon. We head home so I can pack. I turn on the radio in the car and my favorite song starts playing, like some sort of optimistic radio blessing. This is going to be the best day of my life, my life....
