I was walking around town listening to music, trying to get some peace and quiet. University has been stressing me out, but luckily, this is my last year since I'm 22 next year (A/N: sorry if you're from Europe cause I hear they go until grade 10, but we go until grade 12).

Unfortunately, I couldn't hear my music at all because there were girls screaming. I didn't wanna bother checking. Probably some fangirls seeing a picture their idols just posted.

Someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around to see a man with his hood up but brought it down so I can see him. He's pretty cute. "Hi there, do you mind if I walk with you?" His British accent said. "Um, no?" I responded with. "I'm sorry for just barging in. The people are screaming and ruining your peace because of me." "Oh, no problem. If you need it, I'm happy to help." "My name's Tom by the way." "Y/N."

Tom and I kept walking around the city, talking and laughing. Considering I just met the guy, he's cool and I got this feeling that I've never gotten before. The girls seemed to have left cause they haven't seen him. "Hey, why were the girls screaming?" I asked. "Oh," his face dropped, "I'm kinda... famous." "What? How?" "I'm an actor. I recently got the role to play as Spiderman." "Wow. My brother's favourite superhero is actually Spiderman, so if he ever knew I talked with you, he'd freak." I exclaimed, causing us to laugh.

It was already midnight. Huh, it felt like it was 8 pm a couple of minutes ago. "Well, I have to go. I have important stuff to do tomorrow. Give me your phone, you seem like a great person." He said. I gave him my phone, he took his out too and gave it to me, and we left after hugging each other.

I reached home, went straight to bed. I started thinking of how my horrible day became a beautiful day. That's when I got a text.

Spidey ❤: hey y/n, thanks again, really happy you allowed me to stay with you. hopefully i can repay you with a date? have a goodnight! :) ❤

Me: No problem Tom! And of course, I'll go on a date with you. Goodnight! ❤

Wow. Letting him stay with me might've been the best decision I've ever made.
