Hello... I keep leaving and I'm sorry. I would promise you that I'll update more, but I shouldn't keep promises that I can't keep 😳😳😳

Y/N's pov

I was sitting on the grass on a small hill leading to a deserted beach, reading a book (A/N: it doesn't matter which one, it's personal preference) and just listening to the beautiful sound of the waves and birds. I slowly got tired of reading and decided to take a small break and just look at the beautiful sunset over the horizon. This place is my favourite as no one comes here despite it being so beautiful. Sadly, I realized that I wasn't alone when I heard a voice ask "Excuse me, ma'am, sorry to bother you, but is anyone sitting here?" I looked up and saw a guy wearing a baseball cap, a baggy sweatshirt with the hood on, and sweatpants pointing at a spot beside me. "Oh no, you're certainly allowed to sit here." I said scooting a bit to the right. "Thank you." He said settling down.

I kept looking out to the sun until he asked: "So what brings you here?" I turned to him and saw a bit of his face with a small ray of sun shining on his face. I can't lie, he's a bit cute. "Oh, I just come here all the time to read and enjoy the view," I said raising my book to show him. "I'd like to ask the same question to you." "Well, just like you, I come here all the time, when I'm available that is, and I like to just escape life and look out there, although it's not hard to escape life." He said looking back at a group of people holding up cameras, who I'm guessing are paparazzi.

I looked back at him with a confusing look. "Well, I'm going to assume you're famous." I said. "That's a nice assumption that I can't confirm nor deny." He laughed, causing me to do the same. His laugh sounds nice, to be honest. "I'll admit, I'm not the best with celebrities as I don't have social media on my phone and don't keep up with Hollywood." "Yea, as much as social media is fun, it can be extremely worrisome." "Exactly! So, Mr. Celebrity, what would you be doing talking to a normal girl like me? Isn't it your job to talk to celebrities." I questioned jokingly and I could hear him giggle a bit. "Well, I saw that you were here and you seemed so immersed in your book then the scenery and I thought you were genuine and I wanted to talk to you. Yes, I have celebrity friends but some celebrities really are fake, and I wanted to talk to someone so why not talk to a pretty girl?" He said causing me to blush.

I looked back out of curiosity and saw that all the paparazzi people left. He looked back and also saw that they were gone. He pulled his hood down and took off his hat and he truly was good looking. "I would say this is my cue to leave but I still haven't gotten the miss's name or number." He said. "It's Y/N Y/L/N." I said as he gave me his phone for me to put my number in. "And yours?" I said giving him my phone. "I'm Tom Holland. Maybe you should search me up when you get home and you'll know more stuff about me than I know about you." He said typing his number in. "You know what? I won't. I'd rather learn about you from you and not the internet."

"Well, now I know I wasn't wrong when I said you looked genuine. This is my time to go, but I will talk to you soon. Bye Y/N!" He said walking away and waving. "Bye Tom!" I said standing up with my book and waving back. When he left, I decided it was my time to leave too. After Tom left, it seemed weird staying there without him. Walking home, I couldn't stop thinking about him and thought I was lucky to get his number, let alone speak to him. Maybe something could spark from this. I would say some of his fans would be jealous, but who am I to say. I hope he doesn't have that many fans though.
