This is a random au I came up with where Pau and pat are Wolves :/

Pats pov;;

I sighed as pau entered the den, a sad look on his face.
"No food once again?" I ask as he shakes his head.
I grumble and lick my filthy paws as he creeps towards me, licking my cheek.
I smile slightly as pau heads to the back of the den where our pup slept.
"Pat he's sick," he says, worry igniting in his voice.
"Tord can't be sick!" I whimper, shuffling towards the sick pup.
His huge ears were flopped down and a low whimper escaped the pups mouth.
"What are we gonna do?" I ask, licking Tords over sized ears in comfort.

Pau's pov;;

"I'm going hunting again," I grunt, tiredness pulling at my muscles.
"Honey you're gonna work yourself to death, please lay down and rest," Pat says, worry and desperation picking through his voice.
"No can do, I refuse to rest until you and Tord are fed," I grumble, padding outside.
"What about you?" Pat asks but I ignore him and go outside.
The cold air ruffles at my dark brown fur as I sniff the air.
Winter was approaching quickly which meant less food. Memories of when this forest wasn't hunted constantly and when I was a lone wolf. I'll never forget the night pat saved my life.
I shook my head and put my nose to the ground, trying to catch the scent of anything.
I lick my chops as I smell squirrel, my tail flicking to the side.
I spot the furry animal scurrying across the ground and smile, baring my fangs.
I leap as it lets out a startled yelp and tries to get away but I kill it with a swift bite to the throat.
The warm blood tempts me to eat the squirrel on my own but i shake my head.
You have a family now, you can't be greedy
Shame floods my body for even thinking about eating it on my own as I head back to the den.
Pat looks up from grooming the sick tord and smiles at the plump squirrel.
I drop it as his paws as he shakes his head.
c'mon pat, you have to eat," I say, nudging him.
"I'm not eating until you and Tord are full," He grunts, restating my words and getting up and brushing the food towards me.
I sigh as tord weakly nibbles on it and crouch down to munch on it too.
After we finish I frown, knowing there was no more prey for pat.
I glance at him as he only sighs and licks Tords head.
I notice how pats ribs stuck out of his fur and the way his eyes were half closed, obviously exhausted and I grumble, laying down.
He lays next to me as tord weaves his way in between us.

I shiver as the wind buffets at my fur. I flick my ears at approaching foot steps, my heart beat speeding up.
I spot a tall figure, obviously human, walk towards me, a gun in its hands.
"Well lookey there, that ones got gorgeous fur, should make us alota' money," The figure grunts.
The gun makes a loud boom noise and I whimper, breaking into a run.
I hear dogs bark as I scramble away from the deadly weapon.
I stumble trying to run, fear presses against my ribs making it hard to breathe.
Warm breath presses against my headquarters as I hear jaws snap behind me.
Teeth fasten around my leg and I fall to the ground letting out a yelp as three dogs crowd around me.
I bare my teeth and nip at the dogs, kicking one in the face.
I duck under the legs of a rather big one and race off, my heart screaming in my chest.
Another boom cracks through the air as I approach a lake.
I look behind me and take a deep breath, knowing I'd either drown or be eaten alive.
I leaped in the water as the dogs growl in frustration.
I kick my legs under the surface, wishing with my whole body I could swim.
My lungs burned as my eyes tried to adjust to the Icey dark water.
The water seeped through my fur, draining my energy.
I try to resurface but I feel my movements pulling me downward as I kick my legs furiously.
My eyes burned as I looked around trying to see if there was a way to push myself back up.
Giving up I stop thrasing as more bubbles ruse to the surface.
Can't fish breathe under water? Why can't I? I could just take a deep breath and be a fish!
I hear a loud splash as I go to take a deep breath and look around in surprise.
I see a light brown figure swimming towards me and I almost scream at its speed.
I feel their teeth fasten around my scruff and I kick at them, trying to get away.
They pull me to the surface and i suck in a panting breath and than try to get away.
"Hey i just saved your life! You could at least thank me!" The light brown wolf says, padding onto try land and shaking his fur.
"Oh sorry, thank you," I respond, doing the same.
Now that we were on land I could notice the Wolfs features more.
First of all he was a sturdy male with a broad chest who stood tall.
He was very lean and very gorgeous for a male, making me blush.
Dude that's gay and  you Litterly just met him
I shake my head and rub my paw over my nose as he speaks again.
"My name's Pat, yours?"
"Pau," I respond, flicking my wet tail.
I look around for the hunters or the dogs but I see nothing.
The wolf trots away but something made me want him to stay.
"Erm..C-Can you stay a while?" I ask, sitting down.
He smiles as I lazily wrap my tail around my paws.
"Sure,"

I wake up and look at the two sleeping males next to me. I smile knowing none of this would be here if I hadn't asked him to stay. I prod pat awake as he groans.
"Good morning dear, I'm going hunting again," I say as tord whimpers.
"You feeling better today little one?" I ask, licking the top of his head.
He sneezes and looks at me, a wide puppy grin on his face.
I smile as he rubs his paw over his oversized ears and giggles, prodding at the sleeping pat.
"Fine fine I'm awake," He grunts as I laugh at the two.
"Love you dear, stay safe," I say, nuzzling pats cheek and licking tords ears.
I head outside, shivering at the icey winds, and gaze around.
I spot a hunter as fear grips my body.
I look back at the den and let out a loud yelp and break off into a sprint as the Hunter looks at me.
I race off, jumping off trees to distract him, as I approach the same water from that day.
I smiled to myself, thankful pat had taught me to swim, as I leap under the surface.
I look up to see the hunter glaring at me as I paddle under the surface hearing the roar of a waterfall.
The current sweeps me towards it ad I resurface, letting out a startled yelp.
I kick frantically as my heart screamed.
I push my way to dry land as I look around for the Hunter.
There was no sign of him as I shook my fur out and continued on my hunt.
My ears swivled around as I hear crows and I lick my lips before hearing the ground shattering crackle.
I break off into the direction of the panicked crows, leaping upward and snatching a fallen bird.
I smile, proud of my catch, as I run away from the crackles of the gun.
I bury my catch and sniff around.
The putrid smell of smoke filled my nose and I gaze around seeing the grey mist swirling upwards.
I see red flames as panic grips my body, realising where the fire was coming from.
The den!
I take off after the rising flames and stare in horror at my home.
The flames whip through the air as smoke fills my lungs, making it hard to breathe.
I hear laughter as I look up at the hunters who held a match.
A low growl rises in my throat as I brace myself, knowing the flames were dangerous, as I duck into the flaming den.
"Pat! Tord!" I cough out as smoke grips my lungs.
The flames nipped hungrily at my flesh and fur as I looked for the males, desperate to get out of the heat box.
I stumble over pat who was trapped underneath fallen ruble.
"Pat! Hang on I'm gonna get you out of there," I say, pushing hard against the ruble.
Its rough and hard against my paws, causing blood to drip from my pads as try desperately to push the heavy rock out of the way.
I feel a claw be torn away from my flesh, intense pain gripping my paws as I cringe, looking down at the panting pat.
"Pau stop, get Tord, ill be fine here," he coughs out as I sweep my burning tail across the ground.
"But you'll die here! The smoke will kill you if you don't burn!" I cry out as I hear tord whimper in fear.
I look at his crushed paws in hope, thinking that maybe he had a chance to escape.
The rubble still had a firm grip on the bleeding paws as flames wreathed around us.
Pat smiles at me as tears melt down my face, only to be evaporated by the intense heat.
"Then so be it pau, I love you, please keep Tordy safe for me.." pat whispers, sadness edging his voice as he curls up.
"B-But you can't! You promised me we were gonna raise Tord together!" I whimper as another coughing fit grips my body.
Pat didn't even look up as the flames get more intense.
I hear tord cry out again as I duck under the flaming destruction to get him.
The small pup looked so joyful to see me, breaking my heart, as I grab him.
He whimpers in pain, obviously suffering from the immense heat as I escape the flaming den.
I take off uphill as the flames crackle behind me.
I sit down, my heart aching as I watch the flames take away all I had ever known.
The den I had grown up in. The best friend who saved my life. The mate who stuck by my side through the harsh seasons. I let out an anguished howl as the den collapses, almost picturing the ruble breaking his-
"W-where's...papa..?" Tord asks, gazing up at me with a confused expression.
I stare at him, my heart almost breaking in half, as his first words echoed through the cold air.
I wrap him up in my tail as I gaze upward, looking up at the stars as tord looks up with me.
"Y-You see Tord, when someone passes away They join the stars. Papa is watching over us now.." I whimper, trying to keep my voice strong.
Tord nods slightly, barely understating what I meant.
I stand up, giving one last regretful look to my home as tord presses against my legs, wanting me to pick him up.
I grab his scruff and walk off, wondering where we were gonna go now.
