Harry's POV

5 months later.

I left her all alone no one but herself. How could I be so selfish? How could I follow my dreams and not even tell her. I left her to follow something I thought I was good at.

She has never left my mind. I always think about her and what she would be doing now. I often ask Mum about her and ask how she is. "She's good." Mum would always tell me. Yet, there's something that Mum isn't telling me. I can't quite put my finger on it.

That's why I'm taking a trip out to Holmes Chapel. The boys and I are on a week break from the show, so Simon said we could go see our families. They boys wanted to see Mum again so I said to could tag along.

Before I stop at Mums there is somewhere I want to visit. Someone I want to see. Her. The one I love. The girl that constantly runs through my mind. April.

We pull into the street she lives on. I'm starting to get nervous. I have butterfly's in my stomach. I don't know why? We pull into her driveway and drive down to where the house is.

Never did I ever expect to see something like this. The house, it's gone. Burnt to ash's, nothing left but some residue of bricks.

"Haz, have you got the right house?" Liam asked, I ignored his question and jumped out of the van. I ran straight to the house.

"No. This can't be it." I said to myself. "Mum would have told me!" I exclaimed. I walked in what would have been the front door and into the lounge room. I remember the first time I was in here. I came to pick April up for our first date. Her mother and father sat me down on the couch and spoke to me like I was their son.

I continued walking around the house, until I stood on something. I looked down to see an upside down photo frame. I slowly bent down and picked it up. I turned it over to see the one thing I wish I hadn't. A picture of her. A picture of him. A picture of us. I opened the back and to my surprise the letter I had stuck in the back was still there. I took the picture and letter and stuck it in my pocket.

"Harry, is this the place?" Louis asked. "Yes." I said blankly. I slowly spun around on the spot looking at the rest of the house. Tears started falling down my face. I couldn't do this anymore. I had to get out of here. I ran out of what was the house in a rush.

"Harry!" I heard call from behind me. I ran to the van, got in and slammed the door. April! She can't be dead! But what if she is? This could be what Mum was hiding from me. She wouldn't hide something like this from me.

The boys got back in the car, they all looked at me with sorrow in their eyes. "Please don't look at me like that. She's not gone until I see her grave!" I sobbed into Louis' shoulder. He comforted me until we pulled into the familiar driveway that used to be mine.

I ran out of the van and up to the front door. I was quick to open the door and run through the house in search for Mum. "MUM!" I scream. Silence is all I hear. "MUM!" I shout. Again silence is all that surrounds me. "MUM ARE YOU HERE?" I sob.

"H-Harry? What are you doing here?" Mum said as she wiped the sleep away from her eyes. "W-where is she!" I yelled in a sobbing manner. "Harry lower your voice. Where is who? Who are you talking about?" Mum asked sweetly. "April. Where is she? I went to the house and well, it's gone! Where is she Mum!" I exclaimed.

After a moment of silence I turn to see the boys standing in the door way. "Sorry boys, come in." I said to all of them. "Hello Anne." They all sang. "Hello boys." Mum said while hugging each and every one of us. "Come on I'll put the kettle on." She smiled and made her way into the kitchen.

The boys sat at the table while they chatted away with Mum while they waited for the kettle to boil. I stood at the back door looking through the glass. I found myself thinking about April. She has to be alive. She is alive. I know it, I don't know how. Yet, I have this feeling like we are still connected as one.

"Harry?" Mum said as she put her hand on my shoulder. "Harry I know this is confusing, but come sit down and I'll tell you what happened." She smiled up at me. I made my way over to the table and sat next to Louis while I awaited Mum to begin.

"Two weeks after you left, April went for a soothing bath because she was a little warn out, she set some candles up in the bathroom and she got in. After a while she had fallen a sleep and the wind knocked over the candle." Mum began, the boys and I gasped while my eyes nearly popped out of my head.

"The fire department got their just in time to save her, she had lost everything. When she was in hospital there were complications. She is alive, but she doesn't live in Holmes chapel anymore." She finished. Relief washed over my face. I knew it! I knew she was alive.

"Where is she then?" I asked, eager to see her. "She now lives in London somewhere. She often comes back here to see Gemma and I." Mum smiled. I'm happy April didn't forget about Mum. I'm glad they still see each other. "So you don't know where in London?" I asked. "No." She shook her head. "Though I do know where her work office is." She said wickedly.

"She works? As what?" I asked interestedly. She followed her dream and moved to London, I wonder if she followed her dream to become a fashion designer. "She owns a top leading magazine company, called Star Gazer." Mum said.

I excused myself and went out the back into the patio. I immediately called Simon. After two rings he answers it.

S/ Hello Harry, how are you holidays?

H/ Hey uncle Si, yeah they are great. Look there is something I want to ask you.

S/ Sure, go ahead.

H/ The magazine called Star Gazer, can we get an interview with them? The interviewer has to be April Rose in particular.

S/ I can try my best, why do you want an interview now after you have turned down so many?

H/ The girl, April Rose, she's an old friend of mine who now lives in London.

S/ Okay, I'll try my best. Goodbye.

H/ Bye.

"Boys, we have to go back to London!" I shouted through the house. "Go Harry, go get her back." Mum said as she kissed my forehead. We all said our goodbyes and we were on our way back to London once again.
