The only thing Eliza manages to look at before the lights disappear is that the floor looks like the warehouse she once met Akito in, when he'd kidnapped Ema and Futo.

The people before her are a different matter. They're men and woman and all armed with different things but she sees various guns and knives, others have weirder weapons that she doesn't get the time to inspect.

When the lights go out Eliza immediately fires in a wide arc until she's used up all her bullets. Then she takes out a sword, and the alcohol plus the matches. She'll just have to find something to burn.

The first blows hit her hard and fast. For a while Eliza is being thrown around like a punching dummy until she starts to recognize patterns and is able to anticipate, that's when the really fun begins.

As soon as Eliza realices the direction and the aim of the next blow she's able to avoid it. The grabs the hand that aimed at her gut and twists it painfully. It's a female, she's light in weight so Eliza grunts and throws her against the people to her left. Someone grabs her from behind in a choke hold. She bites down and flips over his head taking his jacket in the process. Eliza breaks the alcohol bottle on it and in a tiny line on the floor. She moves to light it but is tackled by the side. She and her attacker roll off in q flurry of arms and legs.

Eliza manages to get her off and scrambles blindly towards the jacket. Her fingertips touch it just someone yanks her backward violently. Her mouth slams on the floor and she tastes blood, it's not an entire loss; the coat is in her hands. As she's being dragged she tries to kick the person holding her but then two more hands land on her wrists and on the stomach holding her down.

Eliza squirms but she can't get free, the matches are in her left hand and the jacket in the right. Someone unsheathes a sword and Eliza can feel the cold metal press on her stomach. She squirms harder but she's heavily outnumbered. A gun is put to her leg and loaded

"Don't move darling" a voice says and the knife digs into her skin. Eliza doesn't scream instead she goes limp, momentarily listening their grips and being able to slide her feet free. That's all she needs. She kicks them away and the gun fires missing her by millimeters. The ones hold her stomach are easy and then the ones on her arms she chokes them with her legs until they stop moving.

Before they can recover Eliza lights a match and sets the jacket on fire. With a quick survey she's taken out twenty of the fifty people. She waves the jacket around like a Neanderthal who's discovered fire. Using the falling jacket she manages to over come five more people and burn two more jackets. Now that she can see things will be easier.

No sooner said than done. With her sight back, Eliza takes out the remaining twenty five people in an hour. It only took her so long because she go shot and the morphine started to lose effect so she lower a hand. As soon as the last person goes down Eliza takes a deep breath and injects more morphine into herself. Now she has to find the way out.

The lights haven't turned back on so Eliza treasures the light she has. After twenty minutes of searching for a crevice and not finding one she snuffs out her fire and soon rechecks the room. This time being in total darkness allows her find a key hole in the back wall. She searches through her backpack until she finds a key.

The lock opens with a satisfying click. Eliza pushes the wall and it lets sunlight stream in. She shields her eyes from the sun, she's on the third story of the building. There are not stairs, ladders or ropes nearby to help her down, she have to go down by hand. Eliza takes a deep breath and leans down to start when someone pushes her over the edge.
