Inside, she kneels and lays her forehead on the floor, her hands beside her head. The door slides open and in steps Kazuo, he walks and stops in front of her.

"Rise" he says and she stands, slowly, with her head bowed all the time her hands clasped before her

"You have completed your initiation, for the second time, and have failed to disappoint me yet again" Kazuo says and Eliza beams, internally.

"Your three tasks have tested three very important things that you will need in order to be a wise leader. The first floor tested creativity, the second floor tested intelligence, reflex and endurance, the third and last floor tested your physical skills and measured the what you approached a complicated situation. In all three stages you passed with high admiration from the clans; both lions and Yamaguchi are proud to have you as an heir. Now you have rejoined us and must stay with us, I am aware of your second family but now you are a public heir, your involvement with them will only put them in harms way. This is not to say that you will not see them, I only advise you to be smart about your encounters" Kazuo takes a small pause and lays a hand on her head "you have done well child. Congratulations"

"Thank you" she whispers

"Now that you are married and officially a member of the Yamaguchi, you are the tie between the two clans thus you will be branded as such. The ceremony will be in three days. During this time you will stay here" Kazuo lifts Eliza's chin so she can look at him "welcome home my daughter"

"I'm glad to be home father" she smiles and he bows his head. Eliza bows as he exits the room and then she heads to her own house within the property. Halfway there she stood and decides to go to the sisters house.

Eliza knocks and waits for an answer but remembers that they've told her to just go inside. She chuckles and opens the door

"Girls?!" Eliza calls "Sasha? Irene?" There are loud footsteps upstairs and some crashes, giggles and scoldings that follow them.

"Is everyone alive?" Eliza calls amused as she climbs the stairs, she follows the noise and goes into what she assumes is Yuki's room, the walls are decorated in red poppies; as red as her hair which is as short as ever barely grazing her earlobes. Inside Irene and Dina are laughing as Yuki scolds them for a vase that's broken in from of them. Sasha has a confused look she must've been scared by the sound but since her sisters are laughing, she's not sure what to do

"Hello?" Eliza calls as she knocks on the door frame they all turn to look at her simultaneously and after a few seconds of shock they all scream

"Eliza!" They yell at the same time and throw themselves at her, Sasha tackles her to the ground and they land hard.

"Hey don't break me kid" she huffs out

"I'm sorry" Sasha says smiling like a crazy person, she's Wataru's age which means she's overfilled with energy

"Sasha off" Irene sighs but she's smiling at Eliza. Irene is the eldest a couple of years older than Akito no more than three, twenty four years at most

"Come on you rascal" Yuki says getting Sasha off of Eliza, Yuki is a year younger than Eliza and a hardhead just like her brother.

"You okay?" Dina asks holding out a hand to Eliza, Dina is a a year and a half older than Eliza she's just graduated university as well. Eliza takes her hand and stands up she cracks her back and makes sure her wrist is still in tact, its that movement that makes them all go quiet

"What happened?" Irene asks and they lead her to the bed where they all sit down in a circle

"I had my re-initiation today" Eliza smiles "it was a three story building, each level tested something different and I broke my wrist"

"And everything else?" Sasha asks worried her blue eyes wide with concern

"Everything else is fine" she reassures them

"Well, welcome home" Yuki smile and punches her good arm "glad you're in one piece"

"Takes more than this to break me" Eliza chuckles

"I bet it does" Yuki mutters under her breath

"So," Dina says excited "how's Akito? Have you heard from him?" Eliza's smile falls and so does theirs

"I haven't heard from him in days" Eliza whispers "he's been out for work, but I'm sure he's fine. We would've heard if something had happened" she squeezes their hands to assure them

"You're right" Irene smiles, a bit forced "he's fine"
