Jessi hadn't been herself lately. She'd been feeling down and sad most days. There wasn't any real reason as to why. Nothing bad had happened and there had been no big changes in her life. She attempted to carry on with her days as if it were the same as always. One person however always knew when something was up. She could never hide what she was feeling from them. They always knew never had to be told.

Yoongi, her boyfriend, knew whenever something happened to her. He knew how she was and the way she acted. He himself went through these bouts of depression. He always did his best to cheer her up and do things that would make her as happy as she could be at these times.

This morning Jessi had the day off. Yoongi had already head off to work giving her a kiss before leaving. She laid in bed curled up underneath the covers. There wasn't much she desired to do today. Maybe stay like she was until the next day? Yes that seemed like a good idea to her. Several hours had passed. Still she moped in bed unwilling to move unless it was to flip the pillow to the side that wasn't warm from her body heat.

Jessi's head perked up at the sound of footsteps. The door creaked open to a pail familiar face.

"Yoongi what are you doing here?" she asked. He wasn't supposed to be home for another couple of hours.

"Taking care of my baby?" he looked at her as if she were stupid for asking the question.

He held a large case in his hand and set it up on the end of the bed. In bold letters it read (JESSI'S SADNESS CURE)

"What is that?" she questioned. Yoongi was too focused on the contents of the case to answer his girlfriend's question. "Yah Min Yoongi stop ignoring me or I will bite that tongue of yours off!" she demanded. She only mentioned that she'd bite his tongue off because he had this cute little habit of poking it out the side of his mouth whenever he was concentrating or working on something.

"I wouldn't mind if you did," he joked wiggling his eyebrows.

Jessi just laughed at his silliness. She should have known there weren't many ways to threaten or offend this man.

"This box here is your sadness cure." Stated proudly. "Every time you don't feel well certain things make you feel better. So I put all of them in one box to make you smile." He said with a wide grin.

"Oh really?" she said scooting closer to him. "What's in there that you think will make me smile?"

"Well obviously there's a picture of me." He said matter-of-factly. Jessi had to stifle her giggles as he handed her a 10 by 12 picture of himself. He'd had this I don't care about anything look on his face in the picture. Very model like.

"Wow, I think you've cured me Yoongi," Jessi quipped.

"Shut up being sarcastic is my thing," he said sticking his tongue out at her.

"Now what did I say about that tongue?"

"Do it!" he said now wiggling it in her direction. They both bust out laughing at how goofy he was being. "Okay okay let me finish telling you what a good boyfriend I am."

"Oh please do," she laughed with the most genuine smile she'd had in weeks.

The next item he pulled out was a gallon container of Jessi's favorite ice cream and two large spoons. They weren't regular spoons though. They were large silver serving spoons. He knew she didn't nibble she just loved to shovel giant scoops into her mouth even if it was way too much. The more things he pulled out of that case the bigger Jessi's smile became.

Yoongi gave her a pair of sweat pants and a t-shirt that was way too big on her. They cuddled on the bed with a fort of pillows surrounding them. Jessi's head was nuzzled into his side and his arm was around her. The two devoured the softened ice cream and watched all of Jessi's favorite movies.

Once the ice cream was all gone and every movie had been watched yoongi's head rested on Jessi's lap. He told her cheesy pickup lines and sat up for a kiss after a good one. Which in Yoongi's eyes they were all good. Eventually he just decided to tackle her and shower he with kisses. She would giggle after each one which only motivated him to keep them coming.

"I love you Jessi and I'm gonna try and make you happy for the rest of your life. I promise." He said softly caressing her cheeks.

"I love you so much Yoongi you always know how to cheer me up," she said leaning up for a kiss.

"It was the picture am I right?"

"I mean it could have been a better picture," she joked.

"I'll give you copies of my nudes next time then..." at that comment they both busted up laughing. Yoongi always knew how to make a sweet moment into something ridiculous and Jessi absolutely adored it.
