"Finally. That was our last question." My best friend Xiumin said.
Xiumin and I were studying for our last final exam in history at his dorm and we had just finished the last question on our study guide. It was almost 3:00am and our exam was at 11:00am the next morning. We were running on fumes and were way overtired. We were literally laughing hysterically at everything.
"ugh thank God." I responded. "I should go. Its almost 3:00am." I said as I packed up my bag and stood up.
"Its a bit late don't you think? Why don't you just spend the night?" Xiumin asked.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. Of course I'm sure."
"But where am I going to sleep?" I asked sitting down next to Xiumin on his bed." His apartment literally had a dresser a queen sized bed, a tabke, and a fridge.
He turned his head to look at me. "Well I thought you could sleep with me... in my bed."
"Okay sounds good." I said without giving it a second thought.
He's my bestfriend. It wasn't gonna be weird or anything.
...Right...?
I set my stuff down at the end of the bed as Xiumin took his clothes off. He was stripped down to his boxers. He had such a hot body. He had abs and really toned muscles. then he slipped on a sweatshirt cutting off my view.
"You can borrow some of my clothes if you want to. Just pick something out of the dresser." Xiumin said.
"Okay." I responded as I walked towards his dresser. I pulled out a pair of his soccer shorts and one of his sweatshirts with his name on it.
I looked over at the bed and saw Xiumin laying down on his bed already asleep. I walked to the other side of the bed and laid down. As I was about to pull the covers over me, Xiumin rolled over and wrapped his arms around me. Then he whispered into my ear "Goodnight best friend. I love you."
Before I responded I heard him starting to snore. He was asleep again.
"I love you too." I whispered As I snuggled into his chest and fell asleep.
In fact that's all we did. All we did was sleep.
Even when we say it now its not weird at all. If people ask us we just respond "Yeah we've slept together."
the next morning we aced our final exam so all the studying was worth it.
Even to this day we're best friends and every now and then we slept together just like that one night.
